Hotel Orange Classic — Hotel in Uttarakhand

Our stay in Hotel Orange Classic was good and had a great experience. The price was good and affordable as we booked this Hotel post checking the reviews in the MakeMyTrip app. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were very cooperative and answered all our queries politely. We had extended our stay and the price offered by them for extension was good. They do provide the Rental Bike and Taxi Rental at a decent price. The Iyengar’s Samayal Restaurant opposite this Hotel was good and we had a good breakfast. The Hotel is 50 meters from the main road uphill. So be mindful about carrying your luggage and if you ask for help from staff, they will assist you. The hot water was available all the time and it was very convenient for us to get ready in the morning on time. The Hotel location is 3 Kms away from Ram Jhula. There is a taxi stand near to this Hotel and they have shared taxi service to Neelkanth Mahadev Temple. Also, you can take a share taxi till stand near Ram Jhula and cross the bridge to board the share auto to Haridwar that would be at an affordable price. My overall stay in this Hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel for staying...

The place is not so great as the rooms as so small. However, if you are in one's then it's an okay place. Don't expect anything fancy or even basics like room service. Basically you get a bed and a fan. NO AIR CONDITIONERS. Otherwise the place is decent. The owners are a bit of a task but that shouldn’t mind as well you won’t be interacting with the hotel much. Most of the time you will be outside the hotel roaming around. Do have pancakes from rishikesh and also go for the 18 km rafting at your own risk. Many incidents have happened in these rivers. They do have water heaters but do not provide hot drinking water unless you order tea. This is a place where you get a bed and a good night sleep. Sometimes the power goes off but otherwise it’s okay if you are visiting during the winters and not the summers. I recommend you check out the places near to the river as it will save you a lot of effort of climbing up and down also you will experience cooler breeze and it won’t feel so hot. Also, this place is a bit stuffy as the rooms are small. All in all the place is good for single or budget travelling but...
