I stayed at Lucky Hotel for nearly 7 weeks while I visited lovely Rishikesh, Sept - Nov. 2017. First, Nikhil is truly the best hotel manager. He was always available to answer questions and to take care of my room cleaning/linens requests. He is polite, gives good information on what to do locally, he is respectful and gracious. Thank you Nikhil!||I stayed in the river-front double room with A/C, room #108. The room was simple and clean but with all that you need. The shower had plenty of hot water. The room also had great views of the Ganges River and two sets of windows that you can swing open to let in fresh air. The bed was comfortable enough. Not super cushy, but let's just say I had no problem getting a good nights sleep! There is a small balcony outside that is available to all guests. It was a nice place to sit. The hotel is up on the second level, above Lucky Restaurant. Nikhil was at the front desk all day/evening and then locks the door downstairs around midnight. While I was there he even installed a doorbell downstairs, in case guests arrived after he went to bed. Like I said, super...
