We were a group of cousins looking for a private villa for a workation in Rishikesh. iTvara checks all the boxes that are needed for a workation! High speed wifi, connectivity from the terrace to the veranda and a great view! Firstly about the property - it is a lavish 4 bedroom villa with well kept furniture, televisions in every room, a fully equipped kitchen and the best of all - a fireplace in the living room with artificial grass which is a perfect setting for a play night with cousins/ friends! Secondly, the property is well situated. The ganga ghat is a 5 minute walk, the cafes at lakshman jhoola are 3 kms away and you can easily get an auto for that. Finally, about the owners and staff. Pallavi, the owner made every effort to make us feel at home. She was kind enough to reserve the entire villa for us even though we were just a group of 5. Although, all the appliances and furniture had great upkeep, there were minor instances of a kitchen appliance failure and a switchboard failure. Pallavi and her staff made it sure to resolve the issue within 24 hours! Pallavi also helped us out with ways to get around and places nearby. Satish and Naveen were our caretakers and took great care of all our needs for the entire week. They were polite and very responsive. The food, which can be ordered from the cottage's kitchen is also great. Price wise, sometimes it may feel steep, but it is worth it with the kind of amenities, facilities and luxury which the property offers. In case of long stays, the owner does provide great discounts too. In summary, this is a great place with a great price...

We were a group of 4 who went there for 1 day sudden trip. This villa is a luxurious 4bhk house with 3 levels (triplex) and has 2 open common areas - terrace with a view and a garden at ground floor. All rooms were spacious and the furniture and room accessories were very well maintained with clean and hygienic washrooms. Internet was really good and it was literally accessible in all the areas of the property. The property owner - Pallavi was kind enough to resolve all our minor issues during our stay with a smile. Caretaker - Gopal Joshi is very polite and very nice cook. I personally feel he is one of the best person in terms of hospitality. We requested few special things which he has managed with a beautiful smile.

The home kitchen takes food orders and the food was inexpensive and tasty. Swiggy and Zomato also delivers at the villa and it has a kitchen if someone wants to cook their own food. Laxman Jhula was 2 km from the property and one can get autos easily after walking for 5 ins to the main road. Our stay in Rishikesh was really memorable and one of the reason is this villa amidst the calmness...
