OYO 35715 Sethi Heritage — Hotel in Uttarakhand

I had to give 1 start to this hotel as there is no option to give ZERO star to this pathetic place. This place is totally a disaster, do not even dare to go to this place, its been a terrible and horrific experience while staying in this ZOO yes you read it right it is a ZOO. To start with I have booked this hotel and I categorically told the owner lady of this hotel for hot water availability and basic other basic amenities and she said yes we do have all basic amenities available that was the biggest lie I have heard from the owner. I went there for my father's final rituals and told the owner and staff of the hotel 50 times that I would need hot water early in the morning at 04:00 AM for Pooja. When I woke up in the morning again there was no water in the hotel forget about the worm water, Geezer fitted in the bathroom is a myth, all controls is in staff and owner's hand, you cant switch on anything till the time they onn it from the office. I called the staff 10 times and finally 1 STAFF came in to check the water and according to him it was 5 AM however I called them at 4:00 AM so there staff also seems to be stoned and was in his senses (beware in case you are with your family) When we checked in to the hotel there was no water in the room and after calling 20 times they switched on the motor moreover they will never on the geezer from their end till the time you shout on them once you get irritated after calling them 50 times and get no response. Now come to hygiene - trust me guys this hotel is a GARBAGE, REFER TO THE ATTACHED EMAIL. You will never see more worse and pathetic place like this... trust me..... Pillows seems to be washed in 18th century, bed sheets seems to be shoe cleaner and there towel YUKKKKKKKKKKKKK dont even try............ beds were dependent my cement bricks :-) what else do you want to see in a ZOO like this. TO ADD MORE, TV IN THE ROOM IS AGAIN A MYTH NOT EVEN A SINGLE PAID CHANNEL, ALL DOORDARSHAN TYPE AND OTHER USELESS CHANNELS YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN IN AGES SO YES IT IS A HERTIAGE BUT NOT HOTEL IT IS A HERITAGE ZOO. THEY DO NOT GIVE IMPORTAMCE TO THEIR GUESTS, ALL THEY WANT IS TO SAVE THERE COST OF ELECTRICITY NO EMOTIONS AS TO FOR WHAT PURPOSE GUEST CAME INTO THIS HOTEL I WAS LITERALLY MAD AT THEM WHEN AT THE TIME OF POOJA THERE WAS NO WATER, GEEZER WAS NOT WORKING..... Hi all I stay here with my family. our check in time is 1st july and check out time is 2nd july. when we go here for booking then we said that what the water facilities they said we have mineral water or ordinary water for mineral water we charge then we said we take ordinary cold water if you give cold ordinary water without charge then we stay here so they said yes we have provide you cold water thus we give full payment after that we take 4 bed AC room believe me room and bedsheet is full dirty that time I told management clean room and change bedsheet then after they cleaned room and changed bedsheet Ac not working so well swing section in ac problem they fit paper on there so air going on one side. toilet is also bad not cleaning and water came in tab also flush have no water I complaint in reception and management they said we called plumber wait for a while after 2 or 3 hour when we going Rishikesh then plumber come and he work there. we are 5 member and they didn't take any water and jug else we again and again told that provide cold water they said we have not cold water kindly take bisleri bottle and we charged I said during checking first I said for water. overall I suggest all people who want to stay there not going ...

We booked this hotel around 10 months prior to our trip to Haridwar for two senior citizens (my parents)||||Unfortunately, the management refused to allow us our rooms at the price tat we booked initially. They charged us very high before we checked in. Since my parents were travelling alone, I didnt take any chances and alotted them a separate hotel.||||Beware!!! The Management of this Hotel says they are a FRANCHISEE and change quite often. Hence they donot entertain past bookings made by the previous franchisees. They have their own policy of squeezing money out from customers BOTH Indian and Foreign!||||I have been badly tricked by the management of this awful hotel very badly!!! And I will try my level best to make other people aware of their unethical booking policy and customer harassment.
