I had the worst experience with this hotel. I booked three rooms for a two-nights (8-10 Jun) stay, only to be denied check-in upon arrival because the hotel claimed they had no record of my booking, despite my multiple confirmations with Agoda support. Even few days before check-in, I spoke with the owner, Awmish, who assured me that my booking is confirmed and they will arrange a taxi for sightseeing upon our arrival.
Adding to my frustration, I discovered another user's similar experience on Google reviews—they too were denied check-in after booking through Agoda. It appears the hotel reduce prices temporarily to attract customers but fail to honor bookings at those rates. Concerned, I even contacted FabHotels group, who confirmed my booking.
Agoda support compounded the issue by taking nearly two hours to search for an alternative booking, which ultimately they failed. Consequently, I had to settle for accommodation in a very poor hotel due to the lack of better options nearby. Additionally, the hotel's location was inconvenient, with no vegetarian restaurants nearby.

Excessive Generator Noise: The generator runs loudly for hours, especially at night. It was impossible to sleep properly due to the constant humming and vibration. Rude & Unprofessional Manager: The manager was extremely disrespectful and unhelpful when I raised concerns. Instead of resolving the issues, he was arrogant and dismissive. Poor Quality Food: The food was tasteless, poorly cooked, and definitely not fresh. It felt like no effort was made to maintain hygiene or quality. Unclean Rooms: The room was dirty when I checked in—stains on the bed sheets, dust everywhere, and a foul smell coming from the bathroom. Basic cleanliness was not maintained. Despite making partial prepayment they cancelled our original booking & shifted us here. In this hotel the room was small & without any window. There was kettle but no tea bags etc was provided. Upon request they provided us with tea in the morning. The bathroom was in good condition. The staff behaviour was good. The breakfast provided was reasonably good. After we checked out Fab hotels sent us another tax invoice for Rs. 700 plus under the name of service charges which I obviously didn’t pay & made a complaint with booking dot com. They dealt with the matter very professionally & told fab hotels not to send us any invoices or contact us. Well done booking dot com.
