I visited the Ministry of Kabab yesterday, and I’m absolutely disappointed. The experience was nothing like the glowing reviews I had read online, and I feel completely let down. Here's a detailed breakdown of why this place doesn't deserve the praise it’s getting: Lighting: The lighting was terrible! It was way too dim, and there was no way to adjust it. It made the whole dining experience uncomfortable, and I could barely see my food. Service: The place was severely understaffed. For the size of the buffet area, there were only 5-6 waiters! They were clearly trying their best, even running around, but it was impossible for them to keep up. We had to wait an absurd amount of time for food. Stuffy Atmosphere: The entire restaurant was stuffy. It was suffocating in there, and the constant smell of kabab and burning fumes only made it worse. It was overwhelming and unpleasant. Food Quality: The kababs were decent, but everything else was subpar, especially for a supposed 5-star hotel. The mutton biryani was a joke— the mutton was so tough, I couldn’t even chew it! I asked multiple times for soft mutton, but they couldn’t deliver even a single piece that was tender. Desserts: Don't even get me started on the desserts! They were pathetic, and to make matters worse, it took over 15 minutes to get anything. That's completely unacceptable. Overall, considering the money they charged and the poor quality of food and service, this place is definitely not worth it.
