ibis Kolkata Rajarhat — Hotel in West Bengal

Mr Shiv served really well inside dining and breakfast area also driver papan was really good in driving from hotel ibis to tcs geetanjali park. i stayed here for official business visit from tcs who arranged this hotel for accomodation. except this two i did not find anything good here.

rooms were not properly cleaned there was always everyday water draining issue inside shower area also no towels replaced on daily basis even asked for. also there was one major meal and breakfast included in package and nowhere it was mentioned we have to take only dinner and not lunch when its one major meal in package. i had my flight from mumbai to kolkata on 15th feb i reached hotel at around 2 when i gone to take lunch head chef denied saying you guys not authorized to take lunch today because there is corporate lunch going on so come for dinner i was so hungry and wanted to eat but i was told like this very rudely by head chef if some events happening you should have clearly informed us prior? my collegue already had lunch before 2 days on 13-14 feb and they should have clearly informed him about 15 well in advance isnt it really pathetic experience coming to food breakfast was really good but dinner was only good few days after which its all same food and by the time we reach for dinner at 9.30 its all leftover food i will definitely want to escalate this to newly appointed Lady GM for this hotel but unfortunately i could not able to meet her till i left this hotel but i will ensure to raise this issue internally to tcs travel desk so other associates wont face such issue while staying here.

also to mention housekeeping staff and others keep on doing something in night outside room area which disturbed...
