HOTEL PAPILIO — Hotel in West Bengal

A few days ago visited with my family and for the first time I was dissatisfied with a hotel in Malda city , Hotel staffs didn't seem well trained , They didn't even read the menu card carefully , ordered Chicken Tangdi Mashala (I guess) 3 plates and they told us that we will get 4 pieces in each plate so, we should get a total of 12 pieces but they served us just 6 pieces , 2 pieces in each plate and we noticed this fraud and called the staffs again and they made a huge mistake by lying to us , they told us that big size leg pieces that's why they served two pieces , what an excuse!! they told us that they can serve 2 more pieces only , not 6 ...but we have to pay the full bill ..Money doesn't grow on trees, some of us didn't get the chance to taste that chicken item so we left that place with huge disappointment ... This review isn't for defaming this Hotel's reputation , this is just a warning message to be more careful , bad reviews should be accepted as well as...

▪︎The restaurant and bar are very nice. Although the bar is not yet open. Maybe it will be launched soon. ▪︎ Sitting here, you can see a very beautiful view of the city of Malda. ▪︎ Food quality is average but need to improve this. ▪︎Well decorated, with clean.

● We went for an anniversary program. They said we will arrange but they did not arrange anything. It seemed to me a bad side. ● Such a big program should not be so careless. 30 people were in the program. ● Although for this they expressed regret. But we never expected this...

Papilio is a newly opened restaurant in malda . In Durgapuja I went with my family and spent a lot of good time at papilio 💖 A well decorated hall with fantastic Ambience 🌷 food quality was so good but ig in the time of Puja quantity was small , but they managed it 💯 service was so good and mainly I truly liked their behaviour , they are those people who balance the beauty of a restaurant , they were truly good at service and behaviour 🌻 there is a very beautiful rooftop view from this restaurant 💖 so lovely 🥰 We will surely come...
