I have been to the restaurant of The Grand Ambassy hotel. The food was very tasty, service was prompt. The ambience of the restaurant was very cosy. One can enjoy his food even on their open air restaurant. The view from the rooftop is wonderful. For me the rooftop sitting place is very attractive in sunny winter days Or in windy summer evenings. They even have a pool on the rooftop where you can enjoy your meal with your feet dipped in the water, which I found quite unique. I have been to there restaurant 2 times. Both the time they made us disappointed. First time when i went there i have ordered one soup and one mutton kabab. After placing the order they made us 55 mins to deliver the food. When i told this to their manager Mr. Soham. He said sorry sir this will never happen. Then after few days when i went there 2nd time, after getting the table. They just made us wait for 30mins just to take the order. I have never seen any restaurant like this. Had a great dinner with family in this restaurant. The food was very tasty, and attractive too. The staff were well mannered and so was the service. They designed the menu fantastically, as the food quantity and price point will definitely satisfy you. And nothing to say about the ambience.
