Wow! Momo — Restaurant in West Bengal

The food was horrible. I ordered the Chicken Delight Momo in Molten Cheese for ₹225 and also added Chicken Cheese Spring Rolls for ₹269.

First, the momo tasted terrible — it felt cheaper than a ₹30 street-side momo. Second, the spring roll wasn’t even a proper spring roll. I’ve eaten many spring rolls before, but this was by far the worst.

The only thing that was somewhat decent was the ice cream.

To make matters worse, the staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. They were not helpful at all and seemed irritated when asked basic questions.

The in-store experience was equally disappointing — the bathroom was filthy, and the seating area was extremely hot and uncomfortable.

The staffs are the worst, They think themselves as almighty. I can't even complain if they intentionally place wrong order and instead they will say you told us the wrong order. In good restaurants, they will replace the order immediately and give you the correct order but here they try to prove that you are illiterate and don't know how to order. I have been to many outlets of Wow momo in Kolkata, never faced this kind of irresponsible staff behaviour. They probably think that if I don't go there, I won't be able to avail services like them elsewhere. I will try to formally register a complaint (anyone help me, idk how to do it).
