Super Hotel O by OYO Kshounish Residency — Hotel in West Bengal

Very poor behaviour of the staffs and the manager,also poor service, no proper wifi connection. Bunch of hair of unknown ladies on the bed, not clean, lipstick marks on pillow, dirty bedshits, malfunctioning ac, stingy room, food amount too less, one sabji wont be sufficient for one person. Even the staffs didn't carry our luggages.

Also only cash option available no upi no card, owner also said to upi later but the manager forcefully aaked for cash.

I talked to the owner before going there and he said that they charge rs 1500 for tripple bed room and to pay whatever you want..where as after entering the hotel the manager asked to pay 1600. Unprofessional, cheap behaviour.

Stayed there for a night in a long bike trip with friends, we asked the manager that i talked to the owner about my bill that he said to pay whatever u want. Though we payed the full amount, when we were about to check out the manager misbehaved and said you have to pay ₹40 more before leaving, and he literally forced and acted like he is the owner. Thats all for only ₹40🙏🏼.

Staffs are not well mannered. They talk to you badly.

Rooms are biggest scam, if you're choosing this property after going through Internet, then you should not consider it as your option, the room you see online and the room you stay at is 200% different.

For lonely traveller (male) this place might just be an option, but Ladies should never think of going there.

Rooms are not what they show on google or oyo.

*Cleanliness is below average. *Bad odour from the room. *bathroom is in horrible condition. *Bedsheet & pillow is dirty. *Arrogant staff.

When you ask about the room scam, the guy sitting at the reception, replies arrogantly,, J"o hai hai" you have any other options???

The owner of this hotel only wants to extract money. I went to the hotel with my gf through a booking via Oyo and booked it for two days. My partner is from Calcutta and we both were heading towards north bengal so we had to halt and we wanted to explore malda for one day. After staying there for one night the next morning we were told that they do not allow unmarried couples, most importantly they were rushing to kick us out even when they took the money for two days. My question is why did they list their hotel as a couple friendly one? Also why did they take the entire amount from us when they were not even sure about our marital status?

The owner, manager and staffs are extremely rude. Only illiterate people with zero self respect can stay in such a hotel....
