Location and reachability: 1st floor (not reachable using wheelchair), located in front of famous Manaskamana Kali Temple, most e-Rickshaws / Auto knows the route to this place. Amenities Available: Dine-in, Parking space on the road Hygiene: The Restaurant was clean, no bugs nor any foul smells. The staff were wearing face mask and on entry customers were provided hand sanitizer, but no thermal checking was done during entry. Ambiance and sitting arrangement: The place decorated nicely. The furniture is good, and the eatery is spacious. The AC was working to provide comfort during this summer. Service quality: Service quality was good. The staff was very polite and courteous. Food quantity and quality: Parameter: average / Good / Excellent ordered a take-away / delivery. The food was freshly prepared, and taste of all items were good / Good +. The taste can be claimed as moderately authentic. proportion was sufficient for an average eater. Price: price is low to moderate; the food quantity and quality justifies the price. It has been an awkward experience at this place.Only place in Malda town serving exclusively south Indian cuisine.Busy bustling at times but empty house mostly thoufh u need to wait fir your turn to find a seat.The ambience is not that great or apeealing considering its a family restaurant.Really!!?? Its more like a cafe or a tiffin center.Though the food isnt as cheap as in a fast moving food joint or restaurant. keeping the quality of food offered one would be left with an expression of disappointment,disgust,deprived,demotivated enough to ever try their dosa or sambar vada again.The food once had flies/insect in it happened to be sambar vada served to me a couple of days later they ooened up during durga puja and the other time they never served me food.Took the order twice made me wait 45mins before coming to ask again for the order. That was quite an experience for the pathetic food and the service at hand. The management is utterly inefficient to handle the job at hand and getting the food to your table on time not 45 mins for a south Indian family restaurant fast selling like hotcakes yet a big let down place to visit again. Avoid and try to stay away or stick to readily available dosa mix try at home which is better....

I had ordered dosa and crispy chilli babycorn, but it turned out to be the worst dining experience ever. The food was absolutely terrible in taste, with some dishes overly salty and others lacking seasoning altogether. The staff seemed far from professional. When I pointed out the excessive saltiness in the crispy chilli babycorn, their solution was to drown it in sauce, making it overly sweet and completely soggy.
