Shawarma Mania — Restaurant in West Bengal

Ordered from Zomato : I asked for a Spicy Roll and Shahi Roll but a normal roll was sent instead of Spicy roll. The cooking instruction was also even not followed. I have been ordering from this restaurant since the day it has started delivery but the quality is degrading over time. Majority of the roll is just Mayo+Onions+Cucumber and very less chicken now. They need to know that the price is also too high shawarma is available in any metro city for 90-100 bucks when u are charging a premium and the quality is not maintained it makes the customer upset. I just hope more Lebanese joints open in Malda so that the dependency on this restaurant decreases on people for these type of food. I will not be ordering from Shawarma...

Been there multiple times. Being a guy from Kolkata it was hard to find some delicious bites around Malda until I found this gem. The owners are pretty humble and well behaved. The shawarmas are very good but please make sure to ask them to prepare it as per your preference and they will take care of the rest. Lead to food poisoning once and we let it be but it happened for the second time and this time the salad itself had foul smell so had to throw it out completely. Used to like this place as this was the only salad option in town and frequently ordered their Assorted salad through zomato and swiggy. Most of the instances also made the salad terribly spicy and frequently had to call the restaurant to fix it. Probably not good enough to maintain consistency of the food...
