SPOT ON 60294 Bava Lodge — Hotel in Zone 5 Royapuram

Non ac rooms are too dirty & the staff is not good my experience was horrible at this Lodge... The staff we changing extra money on everything.. even on tea,yes tea. I took a room for a night stay,as soon as I walked in the door of room one of their staff member came to me and asked me for breakfast in upcoming morning then i said yes and asked for money if there's any.. he said yes 60 rupee. I asked what will i get in the breakfast.. he said tea "just a cup of tea".. i instantly cancelled my order right there.... Cos it was only 5-10 rupee for tea & in 60 you can easily have good breakfast. But it doesn't end here... As soon as i said cancel my order that staff member started cutting down the price,from 60 he came down to 10 rupee... But i was frustrated so i just cancelled all.... If you r visitor or local then i would not recommend you this Lodge at all.. you can find better lodge then this on many websites and travel app... I wanted to book the 350rs room but after seeing the state of the room, I checked other rooms. I settled for the 450rs room and that's where my problems started. Lots of mosquitoes, no curtain for the window, no blanket, no hanging hooks on the door or closet to manage your clothes. The mat in front of bathroom was dirty so everytime you want to dry your feet they will get dusty, I asked them to change it they didn't. Spotted a cockroach in the bathroom. I asked to give me just an empty plate they didn't. When I requested them for hot water they delivered but asked for a tip, what's the point of going to a budget hotel if I'm paying extra for tips. I was very disappointed with my recent stay at Bawa Hotel. I stayed there for five days but the room was not cleaned one day out of the five days. After telling them four or five times a day that no one comes to clean the room and they would make excuses that there is someone to clean but if they don't come then send them. Even the bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed even once out of the five days. The AC in the room is not working properly, there is no cooling at all and there is a lot of mosquito problem. The staff was unhelpful, and the advertised amenities were either broken or unavailable. I expected much better for the price I paid. I will not stay here again or recommend...
