A must go for seafood lovers. Although I have not been in Batam for long, of the few seafood restaurants I have been to this is by far the best. It's very fresh for a start. They gave us crackers for a starter and fresh coconuts cut for us to drink. A lot of flavour in them as well The pineapple squid was something I had not tried before and really enjoyed it. It's a great accompanying dish The fish was also cooked perfectly and tasted so good we wanted more. There are multiple ways they will cook fish here so take your time and choose exactly what you want. You won't be disappointed The mudcrab was what we came for however. They were decent sized, we had the black pepper crab and salted egg crab. I couldnt get enough of them. Fresh, plenty of meat and easy to peel. It's clear they know what they are doing here and it's a real treat for the tastebuds Don't miss the crab The only issue I really found was the dishes came out very far apart. Almost an hour from the first dish to the last. It was clear they forgot some of it but once asked the remainder of the food came out It's definitely worth a go, the price is quite good as well for how fresh and well cooked this seafood is

Good quality fresh seafood. You could tell from seeing how heartily the customers here enjoy the dishes they order. We came here twice for our 3D2N stay in Batam. Went to Wey Wey but decided to come back here because from the menu and photos food do look more lively (tasty) here. A few local grab drivers also recommended this place as their first choice. My fav is the nanas sotong - the more I ate the more hungry I became. It tasted so well, not too sour not too sweet perfect to go with rice. We also had the crab (1 crab medium 350,000) and mango prawns. However, I don’t fancy the mango prawns. It’s deep fried which I didn’t realise, the thick batter ruined the taste of the fresh prawn so I had to remove the batter to enjoy the prawns. Anyway, it's just a matter of food choices. Services are great. Attentive and kind staffs. There are restaurants with sea view out there so I give a 4-star but generally I’d choose to come back here again because the taste and freshness of the food matter the most to me.

Went to this outlet to try their seafood. Crab was fresh and decent, other dishes were good until they served us the hong kong style steamed fish. We ordered the mid tier Red Snapper, but they served us the fish as shown in the picture. Called the staff and informed them that we ordered red snapper and they served the wrong fish. The staff told us in indonesia, their red snapper is ‘Kim Ban Lor’ (Seabass). We are taken aback by their answer, however, decided not to pursue since they already put it that way. When billing time, I asked if they can accept card, they said yes but did not inform about the currency change, their merchant uses (DCC). I was charge at a lower exchange rate. Overall, the experience would have been perfect if they exercise their integrity to their customer and be more transparent when comes to such situation.

Avoid at all cost. Ordered a red snapper and was given a sea bass, The large mud crap was a miserable small dead one, The manager came and ok ok but still charged price fir a snapper despite acknowedging that they do not have red snapper...Extremely dishonest, be warned and be careful. Especially for tourists who look seemingly innocent to be easy targets.

My reply to your pathetic attempt to act innocent, Yes, the lady msnager did came, or maybe it was you. Simply answering and acting ignorant does not show that you are a honest and responsible proprietor. It's really a joke that she and the waitress couldn't even differentiate a red snapper from a sea bass, and even trying to claim that it was a white snapper.

I suggest that anyone who still want to patronize this place, go to the tanks where the live seafood are kept and choose your own poison there.

peringatan, orang yang mengelola tempat...
