This place is an absolute hell of a trash slum of a hotel. Avoid this hotel at all cost! We paid and booked for two nights without reading any reviews. We made that mistake so you don’t have to!

We left after one night without seeking refund. We simply just left because there’s nothing they can do to make amends… you’ll know why as you read till the end.

Firstly, the bed sheets, towels, and pillows are all speckled with stains. Enough said.

I had to move the bed closer to the wall sockets because it’s chest level high and (for my room) it’s located at the foot of the bed, and by the door. It’s no where near where I need them to be. When I moved the bed, I saw the back of the bed to be extremely dusty and floor to be dirty and dusty. I moved the bed back.

The toilet sink has no water, it has a loose flexible pipe swinging around, I think I’m supposed to attach it to the foot tap myself. I didn’t do that. There’s a bin right beside the toilet bowl which has still stale brown water in it, and a piece of square sponge (I think, it doesn’t matter!). The toilet bowl has no cover, it looked like it got ripped off… with some parts still attached. I didn’t pee nor shit in it for the entire one day stay.

There is no shampoo nor body wash provided. I’m grateful there was hot water at least.

The aircon is absolutely useless. I left the room to cool, when I got back from dinner 2 hours later, the room was how I left it… warm!

The entire night was torturous. I killed at least 4 mosquitoes, and probably fed more. The bedsheet gave me a slight itch (or was it in my mind…). At one point I wanted to just lay the blanket on the floor and sleep directly below the aircon, but I worked so hard to find a right spot for my phone to charge without the charger falling off the wall… so I stayed in bed.

The next day I had a wonderful experience outside of town. I came back and the room had zero power. No electricity at all! I couldn’t switch on the lights. At this point, we decided to just quickly get out.

I packed my bags by shining my phone light onto the ceiling. Horrendous and horrible experience. Please avoid this place ahhhhh!!!

The service staff were fine. But there’s a list of things they charge extra for that I saw. I asked for a new towel for my trip to the waterfall, they didn’t charge me for that. Thank heaven! I did return that towel (and yes, it’s also speckled with rust-like stains, but I was using it to dry my feet and such… so...

It is disgusting hotel with disgusting management, run away from there. First of all, in room does not have hot water. Heater not working and disconnected from water system. Instead they made hand made shower connected to the sink. I requested room change. They requested to pay more 80ribu because it is different room while according to the rules they MUST replace room without additional payment if something is broken in the room. They lie saying "all booked" while in reality all the rooms were empty. But ok I agreed to pay. Second room which is twice higher in price is again problem: smelly sheets and toilet completely not working (flush system). The guy said it just need to wait to flush and it is normal. Seriously??? It is not adjusted properly to water system and flow control. it takes around 3 hours to flush. IT IS NOT normal at all. Secondly bottles of water and soap, tooth brush & paste are not provided as written in ads in all the rooms. If you don't provide it just don't lie and write correctly in ads. And internet access exists only in the rooms close to router (because they have one internet for all 3 floors), the farer rooms (which was mine) have very week signal (less 500kbps, actually impossible to do anything, even google). I understand it is cheap low quality hotel, but IT IS TOO MUCH! I requested money back - they rejected this pretending by “no refund policies”. It...

Sebenernya gak mau saya kasih bintang 1 juga karena memang sy ngerasa dirugiin dan tdk bisa refund. Saya keluar masuk hotel bukan 1x 2x yaa, dengan yg harga lebih murah dr sini pun saya pernah merasakan dan tidak pernah sekecewa pas di penginapan ini. Awalnya saya dr jkt kebetulan nyampenya tengah malam krna memang ada acara kantornya pagi2 banget, lanjut booking room disini di apk nya juga, di catatan apk nya peraturan hotelnya bisa cekin sampe jam 4 pagi, saya booking room yg 150k/mlm jam 00.56 dan 5 mnt kemudian sy ke cs, jawab mereka kamar full dan bookingan yg ini bisa refund asal saya booking offline, saya pastikan lg bisa refund gak nya dan mereka meyakinkan itu, akhirnya saya order kamar diatasnya dgn harga 250k/mlm, saya tf pd jam 01.18 dan sy pun bisa tidur. Pas sy mau mandi, handuk memang cuma ada 1 tp tdk ada alat mandi spt sabun, sampo dll, room yg 250k sempit banget ampe jalan juga harus minggir klo mau ke kamr mandi. Singkat cerita sy jam 6 cekout krna memang mau langsung ke krjaan saya, di cs sy nanyain lagi ke mereka ttg bisa tdk nya refund dan mereka jawab BISA, hari ini mau diurusin dulu sm pihak hotelnya dan tunggu 2-3 hari maksimal 7hr dana bisa masuk rek sy. Sy coba jelaskan klo misal refund gitu kan harus ada report dulu dr sy via apk nya, dan mereka jawab bisa kami urus, entahlah apa yg ada dipikiran mereka. Singkat cerita sy nunggu 3hr lanjut 7 hr (krna dr apk bookingan yg 150k itu tdk bisa refund ya) tp sy positif thkg aja krna mereka katanya bisa urusin semuanya. Saya 7 hari itu nemuin ke pihak hotelnya lagi, bahas dr awal gini gini gini dan jawaban mereka "MAAF klo utk refund kan harus dr apk nya langsung jd duitnya bisa kembali" (mereka tuh orangnya sama tp mereka bilang waktu cekin kemaren menang sm siapa katanya, pdahal mereka, saya inget bapak paruh baya yg gemuk pkonya). Pkonya disini sy kecewa banget, uang tdk bisa kembali, klo misal fasilitas mendukung sih sy juga gap apa lah ya anggap aja sy lg nikmatin hotel yg harga 450k/mlm, ini mah kamar udah sempit, duit gak balik, ambyarrrr, KAPOK. Saya tidak rekomendasikan anda sekalian kesini ya krna memang sy juga merasa...
