We lost count on how many times we`ve stayed with Radha family. Every time has been pleasant and nice, the family is very friendly and accomodating. Just visit and talk to them. Over the years they have renovated and added rooms as well as amenities such as drinking water refill, refill of soup instead of small pieces all singly wrapped plastic which we highly appreciated in order to avoid unnecessary plastic waste. There is a whole new breakfast area on the first floor towards the street and an additional eight superior deluxe rooms (all with fridge and television). We usually stay in the standard family room so we can spread out / repack our (diving) equipment and shopping (no fridge or tele, but hot water and aircon).||With regards to newly COVID measures: There is disinfectant available on all floors, the staff is wearing masks and follows social distancing protocols. We were the only guests in July 2020, so there was no need for any markings on the floor. Maybe later in the year, they can add those procedures.||The breakfast is tasty, the garden pretty, the location convenient and all family members friendly and helpful. They offer a shuttle and laundry service - both good value for money. There is a small shop in the front as well as a coffee bar (also offering cold drinks, of course).||We have left our luggage many times before our departure in the homestay. Radha family has always asked us to keep the valuables with us and there was never the slightest piece missing. We even left our whole diving equipment and some more stuff for days in the office when we went on visa runs to Singapore or Kuala Lumpur. They have CCTV and keep an eye out for the whole area.||Most rooms are freshly renovated and the ones we used have been cleaned well. ||If you are looking for a home away from home, a loving and kind environment to explore Sanur area or are just passing through for a couple of nights, this is a fantastic place to stay. Earlier this year we met other happy repeat guests and even long-term guests staying more than three months with...
Read moreUnfortunately, this was the worse hotel we stayed at on our recent trip to Bali. The room was on the street level and the closest one to the street. Upon arrival, we noticed long black hairs on the toilet (so the place probably wasn't really cleaned) and the shower is all full of mildew and soap scum. We have travelled at many cheap places (hostels and all) and I was really grossed out by this place. We were going to bed at around 10:00 each night and you could hear the loud music from the band playing at the bar across the street until maybe midnight. Also, because we were on the street, our one big window had to remain closed the entire time so that everyone walking by wasn't looking into our room, which made the room dark and depressing. ||Sadly, I don't have anything good to say...
Read moreNice home stay! I liked the decor, the way they've decorated the entrance, common areas and the rooms. It's a good place for the price that you book it for, in the heart of Sanur
Edit: booked this place a second time and I got the room towards the road. This one seemed to be an old room, not as great as the first room i stayed in. Worst part was, there's a cafe right opposite this place that plays music so loud till quite late, I couldn't sleep. The homestay is good otherwise but if you don't get a room that's a bit on the inside, you'll have disturbed sleep at night because...
