What was most frustrating, however, was the music situation. I had asked earlier if the volume could be lowered, About 30 minutes later, the music was suddenly turned up extremely loud in the outdoor area, making it impossible for my friends and me to have a proper conversation.
This is a coffee shop, not a bar or a club. Are customers expected to leave when they've stayed too long? Because it truly felt like the loud music was used as a way to push people out. Very disappointing and not the kind of atmosphere I’d expect from a place meant for relaxing...
Read moreKecewa sama pelayanannya. Berasa di usir dengan alasan karna tidak pesan makanan sama sekali. Saya datang ke sini sekitar jam 3 sore cuma untuk nunggu 1jam 40menit. Gak mau pesan makanan karna emg udah makan siang masih kenyang. Jadi cuma pesan 1 ice lychee tea dan 1 cup americano. Jam 3 sore pun bukan jam yang umum untuk makan lagi kecuali telat makan siang. Tiba-tiba salah satu manager The People’s (beliau cowok) datang dan bilang kalau saya harus pindah ke meja lain. Dengan alasan yg sudah saya sebut di atas. Saya tanya kenapa tidak di info dari awal ketika saya order? Beliau bilang mungkin ga ada yg info. Pertama, kenapa ga di info juga misal meja tersebut sudah di reseeved di jam sekian? Kedua, saya jg kan customer yang sama seperti yang lain. Saya datang aja tidak ada pelayan di bagian smoking room. Saya tanya ke dalam apa meja yang di luar di sofa bisa saya tempati (sambil menunjuk ke bagian sofa kosong di luar yg saya pilih), lalu salah satu staff bilang bisa. Saya konfirmasi lagi “itu gpp? Sama gak sama Djournal ini? Atau beda tenant?”. Lalu di jawab sama kok, bisa di situ. Lagi pula Apa ada tnc nya dari awal di tulis gitu di papan kalau meja yang saya duduki ini harus ada pesan makanan? Kan ga ada sama sekali. Ya tlg di info dong, ga professional sekali seakan-akan customer yang tidak memesan makanan seperti terkesan tidak mampu. Please lah tolong di perbaiki lagi pelayanan yang buruk tersebut. Gak sopan banget usir customer yg udah duduk menikmati selama udh 1 jam. Ngerusak mood bgt jujur. Semoga management Ismaya bisa memberikan training lebih baik lagi untuk para karyawannya agak bisa melayani semua customer Ismaya di store manapun berada dengan pelayanan yang lebih baik lagi.
