This was my first time coming here and I was really disappointed.

came here on a weekday to do my work and it’s too crowded/noisy. the place is homy & green, however I dont recommend coming here if you’re looking for a chill place to work.

I already called before coming here to ask if the wifi is available and they said yes, but in reality the wifi doesn’t have internet at all and I had to go back home to do my work.

there was only one waiter & it was hard to call her, definitely need more waiters around.

a lot of the menu were out of stock even though it was still noon, and the additional oatmilk was so expensive, even though the matcha was good. I added a note to serve my dish without tomatoes and they ignored it too.

had to wait a long time for the food & drinks to be served. perhaps there was also only 1 chef in the kitchen 🫤 also how could you serve a dish with melted cheese & egg without a spoon?? please improve your service to suit the high price.

a lot of the tables were too short/small and no customers sat on those areas, I recommend your team to provide bigger/taller tables instead so there will be more comfortable areas for...

Simetri Gandaria left a great first impression! The security staff was super friendly, opening the door and even offering an umbrella when we were heading out, such a kind gesture. Big thanks to them!

Stopped by to get some work done, and since I’d already had dinner, I just ordered one of their recommended refreshing drinks. It was a nice pick, light, fresh, and enjoyable.

The cafe itself is quite spacious, two floors with indoor and outdoor seating. They also have a private room that can be rented for meetings or small events, which is a great plus. Definitely a comfortable spot to work or just hangout with...

Went there this week. We like their ice black and the food was good. the place is cozy. and we like it because it was so quite (we were the only one on the whole 2nd floor - so feeling safe)

But.... the parking arrangement did not really give us peace of mind since it was off street parking. Yes there was their security person, but the parkir area seems be 'owned' by these unregistered car body paints and repair 'people' (if you know what i mean).
