Why you will love it: Portion is quite generous for the price and the ribs are huge. Ribs have a balanced meat and fat ratio (I prefer my ribs with minimum fat but I was still able to enjoy it!). Original barbeque sauce somehow reminds me a bit of Kemang Steak (Remember that steak?). It's not so unique that you must absolutely come back but it's a sauce that brings you a certain kind of comfort. Sometimes food that feels comfortingfood that tastes out of this world good. Relatively fast service and for a street vendor the place is quite clean so you can enjoy the ambience of the busy streets of Gandaria.

What could be improved: I just prefer my ribs without fat, but this comes back to preference. With that price, the quality of ribs is actually a very good deal. Even better if you prefer your ribs more fatty. Parking might be challenging if the place is packed (when I went there, it wasn't) but don't worry abang parkir is there to help you. Unlike the abang parkir gabut type, he really showed initiative and helped. Also, I wish there was soda. Soda and ribs are like a match made in heaven. Swipe right for soda with ribs, always.

came here because of so many good reviews on social media. already a long queue when I came even though it had only been open for 15 minutes. of course this makes high expectations.

after waiting 1.5 hours finally my ribs came. unfortunately, the ribs weren't very hot when they came and a lot of the fat had re-solidified. because there were too many orders so that the ribs that were cooked were not immediately served.

i bought 2 portions and each portion has 3 ribs. the size of the ribs is very big but the bones are also big so if you realize it's actually only a little meat. still in accordance with a relatively affordable price.

of the 6 ribs served only 3 were very satisfying. the meat is super tender. the seasoning is quite pervasive but due to the long serving it makes the seasoning dry. sadly the other 3 were very disappointing. very hard even burnt.

so from my experience, it's just average unlike the existing reviews. maybe you should try on weekdays not...

Surprisingly delicious and came in big chunk of ribs! (Comparison with iPhone 11 in picture). And prepare to dine with your fingers on them.

Option of BBQ sauce, Original and black pepper. All have same pricetag (either you want ribs only or ribs-french fries-corn or ribs and french fries.

They grilled in batch of 16 portion. Meaning if you come and you see the grilling-station empty, then you will have to wait for about 30 minutes. Or, if you see the grilling-station already working, those may not be your order. Eitherway, we have to wait 30 minutes.

And prepare yourself to bath in smoke (depends on the wind blows). Also please note that during lunch, this place was super crowded. Though you who prefer to dine peacefully may enter the coffeshop at the entrance of this Iga Bakar to...
