bad service, I've booked this hotel from an app in may for me to check in on June. I had to wait from 11 am till 3 pm just to be REJECTED and before that they told me over and over that I have to wait because they are checking my booking ID that they said DOESNT EXIST in their system, they easily rejected me by saying that their room is overbooked, but I can still see other people next to me who came in alot later than me checking in, but there are also plenty of people who can't check in and had to be relocated somewhere else. I was going to attend an annual event which is Ennichisai 2019 but I couldnt enjoy it due to this. thankfully the app I ordered with which is Traveloka relocated me to a much much better hotel. I waited for them to check me in for way too long so I had the chance to look around some of my friends room and... thankfully I didn't have to stay the night there, because the rooms looks very dirty, old, and smells bad, the ceilings are rotten due to leakage, the hotel hallway has lots of trolleys with dirty hotel laundry in it, balcony has some hotel laundries hanged there, the lighting inside the hotel room and also the...
Read moreThe FDA was helpless at all. He made my check-in process very exhausted. The one and only elevator made me felt very uncomfortable because it also used as a service elevator.||||The 5th floor was very dark, scary, dusty and confusing. The officer who worked at the pantry in front of the elevator was smoking. The room number was also unclear.||||The room was quite spacious but the floor was dusty. Tha air conditioner was not working properly, not cool at all eventough I chose the TURBO mode and set the lowest temperature. The bathroom was dark, the sink was leaking and the hot water did not properly work. The cupboard was the worst which I've ever had. Luckily, the television and its channel were good,so did the mini bar.||||The worst moment was I found a used condom under my bed...very disgusting. And the room was not soundproof at all: the sound from the street and corridor could easily heard.||||The location is very strategic, but for the overall staying experience: I DID NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ANY POINT OF VIEW. There are a lot of better choices in the...
Read moreAfter moving out from Griyadi Blue Pacific Hotel, (see my last post) our priority was to get the hotel which is wheel chair accessibility to the nearest MALL, search the net and this hotel says 200 Mtrs from Blok M Square. The room rates for a 2 star hotel is too high. Hotel was across the main street slightly away (NOISY POOR SLEEP QUALITY) . Lobby was basic, check in OK, LIST too small, wheel chair plus 2 guest. The rooms was 2 times bigger then the Griyadi. Spring bed, worn out, arm chairs also worn out, Power supply socket only 1 and poor rooms considered worn out, toilet fittings broken, no hose provided for toilet, ask for "washing ladel" "Please dial 15" the phone connection poor socket; Traffic Jam in Jakarta made this trip a drag. Only fun time when we had to cross to the Mall through heavy traffic pushing the wheel chair through bad road surfaces............NO MORE...
