The best luxury experience ever.

Shangri-La Jakarta has taken care of its branding so well. I believe they must have trained all the staff with dignity and compassion to represent the brand before they commit to their work. I salute everyone who is well-mannered, professional, patient, gentle, entertaining, and accommodating toward all the guests. This is all part of one complete package. That’s how we felt when we first arrived at the hotel.

Firstly, what we liked the most was the safety of the hotel. From the security checkpoint with the police dog to the check-in point for incoming cars, the hotel entrance, and the checkpoint leading to the hotel lobby, we felt very secure.

The greetings from the hotel staff when you get out of the car, along with their automatic assistance with your luggage, are top-notch. I can’t mention everyone by name, but I appreciate each one of you. You guys are amazing.

Breakfast: The best breakfast buffet ever. The menu is very high-end. The chefs are exceptional, and the taste is beyond words. There is a wide variety of food. Once again, the staff are all so kind, always attending to us and checking on us, especially with my kids. Special mention to Kartini, Benny, and Robby. Thank you, guys. Both of my kids are in love with the donuts you served. The pastries are my top favorite—“Almond Croissant” is the best of the best. I already miss the taste.

Swimming Pool: The pool is so clean and relaxing, but what we liked most was the kids’ water playground, as my kids loved it so much. We could relax by the bar while watching our kids play in the water. That’s the best concept.

Hotel Room: Thanks to the special staff who put in so much effort to decorate our room and surprise my son, who was celebrating his birthday at Shangri-La Jakarta. Special mention to Komang, Emily, Andita, Nazwa, Syfa, Elisa, and Halesya. Thank you, guys. You’re the best!
