I decided not return to this store since I was unable to see any genuine sincerity from the staff, with the exception of Kelly.

Recognizing a regular customer who comes in every weekday is essential; sadly, they fail to acknowledge us by name, but they do greet others.

Once I sent direct feedback to the Starbucks hotline, I hoped it would have a major impact, but it did not.

Compare it to the Starbucks BXC mall, which is highly attentive and thoughtful in sharing any type of promotion (Telkomsel, Line, etc.) every day, but don't expect any at this store.

Great service, honest people. I left my phone charger there and didn’t realise it until the next day. I didn’t really expect much when I asked my friend who works at nearby building to check with the people there. Turned out they kept my charger intact. Thank you, it’s always a good feeling when you know that there are still a lot of honest and helpful people out there. Thanks Starbucks, keep bringing great coffee and awesome service...

You need to train your cashier /barista. I was upset because the barista think I'm enter the cashier on wrong direction (which I'm not) therefor he asked me to queue because a 'bule' was behind me, later he also fail to make my order correctly makes me more upset.
