We order chirasi sushi with expensieve rate, 425k expected to get Uni on top of it because we saw it on the menu. But when the food coming, no Uni and they said that they run out Uni. The food comes so late, around 45 minutes and not served together.
After waiting so long, we are dissapointed with no availability of uni and tell that they forgot to mention it before. They asked us if we wanted to change, OF COURSE NOT, FOOD HAS BEEN SERVED SUPER LONG AND WE NEED TO WAIT MORE?? still hoping that they will give us the complimentary for feeling sorry, but NO. It should have complimentary in premium restaurant if you fail to serve customer!!!
The hell, we paid 425k but only got additional Otoro on top of that. Fried rice served 1.15 hour and tasteless.. I recommend everyone not to come here anymore!! Nishimura is inside of the hotel and have expensieve price. I am expecting great service and good taste. But we get nothing from here!!!

The Ebi tempura was drowning in an overly thick coating. The Chawanmushi was cold at the surface. Their signature sashimi platter lacked variety and had poor quality mediocre cut pieces and no Uni. On a positive note the eggplant dish was delicious and highly recommended. Overall disappointing dishes on offer considering the price...

He insisted to have teppanyaki only at Shangrila. Ms Siti, the waitress at Nishimura, is the one who served us since Nadaman time. Food still tastes the same, very very good, complimentary ice cream still the best; what amazed us that Chef Wahad still remembers my dad loves the sliced garlic and cooks a lot for him. Worth the money...
