Residence 100 — Hotel in Jakarta

They are not deserve 😔 for any star -very poor service -poor old lady bad behaviour -toilets bad sync full of water and floor full of water not drained -just they need money money in any way they take advance from us 100000 RP deposit And did not return.... and make lame excuse and did not return our cash -stay away tourist people the property is bad even they can not speak English -bad behaviour and attitude 😤 staff -even they do not follow the rules what they mentioned in the room door or in the reception ..... Batter you guys booked any other property there is alot of good properties around in...

1. The mattress is very good and comfortable; the bedsheet seem old but luckily no smell; 2) the towel is old and yellowish, & given the same after request a new one; 3) the receps are so young and seem like untrained; he was reluctant to give me extra hour for check out, even just 15 mins extra also can't make decision and needs to check with his boss. As a budget hotel, I think is still worth for money by looking at its location & comfortable bed, owner just need to do some touch up & maintain...
