Stay 'd Kuningan — Hotel in Jakarta

Summary: a small guest house near a good location but dirty, lacking important amenities and overpriced for what they offer. I would never come back again, and I wouldn't recommend it.

[+] Pros Nice location: two good restaurants in the same building, kinda scenic photo spot outside, many malls and a cinema nearby, China Embassy and other important office buildings A/C works properly and it's very cold (but it was turned off upon arrival) decently sized smart TV with Netflix support cute cat with "parkir" safety vest "working" with the parking attendant, an attraction in itself

[-] Cons NO ELEVATOR (lift). You will need to carry bags upstairs NO HOT SHOWER. There's no hot water in the bathrooms. Also the water pressure is very low. Very DIRTY and no dedicated cleaning staff (we only saw 2 male employees the whole time we stayed there). We FOUND HAIR in the bed so they probably don't change bedsheets between guests, and stains in the mattress. The towels were visibly dirty upon arrival and we didn't use them. Smell of cigarettes in the stairway. Fake "suites" (they market normal rooms as suites, without even a sofa) and they cost almost double the price. No water, not even a water kettle. They put cups but they offer no tea or coffee. There's a water dispenser outside in the hallway, but there's no bottle in it and it was never loaded during our stay. Luckily there's a Circle K shop in front of the guest house. Trash dumpster view from our windows (marketed as "Courtyard View")

I don't know how this guest house is marketed as a 3-star on Agoda, but this is definitely a 2-star, or...

Stayed here because I had work assignment nearby. The room is simple. No kettle, no fridge, no hangers, no shampoo (gave a bottle of soap liquid). Bathroom drainage not working at all. The shower area became a "wading" pool. Old and musty smell throughout the room. Can smell cigarettes smoke from other rooms. Bedsheets dirty. But bed / pillows was comfortable enough to sleep. Wont recommend it unless u are on a small...

Menginap 2 malam di kamar king size. Upgrade dari deluxe twin, dengan extra charge 100rb. dapat kamar smoking. Semoga bisa menjadi masukan bagi pengelola.

Kelebihan: dekat sekali dengan kawasan mega kuningan, hanya 5 menit Parkiran available, dan free

Kekurangan: Kamar kotor, bau kurang sedap dan terkesan jarang dibersihkan. Jadi was-was dan ragu kalau mau sholat di dalam kamar Dinding bercak-bercak, sekitar ac berjamur kena tetesan ac Water sprinkler netes Dibawah kolong bed kotor luar biasa Banyak nyamuk, baru kali ini dapat kamar yang ada nyamuknya Saluran air pembuangan dekat kloset banyak kotoran menumpuk, dan ada puntung rokok juga Saluran air dibawah shower pembuangan tidak lancar, sehingga air menggenang Toilet loby sangat kotor dan jorok Sampah di depan kamar tidak segera dibuang, sehingga aroma koridor tidak enak Amenities hanya mendapat shower cap dan sisir, dengan alasan kosong.
