As a Titanium Elite member, my room was upgraded to a suite room and other benefits such as early check-in, lounge access, free breakfast, 1,000 point welcome gift and late check-out were all given. The hotel is located in Mega Kuningan, from the drop-off to the lobby it is quite far, you have to pass through an outdoor area with a cafe. Arriving at the lobby, it is quite spacious and there are lots of seats, the receptionist is quite busy but fast. Immediately given a welcome drink and welcome towel, because seeing that I brought a child, the FOM immediately gave my child a family by JW package containing an activity book and crayons. Given a piece of paper containing benefits. ||Entering the room, the suite room is very spacious, there is a living room containing a sofa, 2 chairs, a television and a work desk. There is a powder room with a heated electric closet. The interior color tends to be brownish. For the bedroom, there is a 1-seater sofa with ottoman, bench, television, 200x200 king bed with 4 pillows. The quality of the mattress and pillows is very good. The carpeted floor is comfortable for children. There is also a television in the room. The old impression remains but it is actually not that old. From the room to the bathroom there is a mini bar. Tea uses twinning, coffee already uses a capsule machine. Want to add mineral water, free refill here. To the left of the minibar there is a walk-in closet with a cupboard and luggage bench. ||This bathroom is a luxurious old-fashioned bathroom. Complete with a bathtub, shower, washbasin and closet. Unfortunately, the closet in the main bathroom does not have a heater. Complete amenities. Towels are always there because they are given 4 sets. Soap and shampoo still do not use dispensers with mandarin tea aroma.||The facilities are actually complete but I think the important thing is that there is a swimming pool with a children's pool that is not too large, a gym, a jacuzzi, a cold plunge, a limited kids club.||Lounge access is open from 06.00-00.00 breakfast 06.00-10.00 afternoon tea 14.30-16.30, evening cocktail 18.00-21.00, cheese and dessert 21.00-23.30. Afternoon tea menu includes cookies, scones, blueberry mousse, coffee pannacotta, lapis legit, fried sushi, smoked salmon eclairs, ham and cheese sandwich, croquettes. They all taste delicious.|Evening cocktail includes salad, sushi, nuts, chips, bread, cold cuts, fruit, pie, pudding, various alcoholic drinks, zucchini, tart, pannacotta, pound cake, chocolate ball, cheese, Antipasti, shrimp bruschetta, ketoprak wrap, padang omelette, sweet and sour fish, fried foods, chicken soto, fried rice, karaage, canton steam fish, egg curry, vegetable parmigiana (terong balado), mashed potato. They are all delicious too.|Dessert and cheese includes choux, pannacotta, Japan cake, bread and cheese, bruschetta, dirty fries. Dirty fries are French fries with bolognaise, drizzled with mozzarella.||Breakfast is delicious and complete. Served buffet but there is an a-la carte menu, I tried the oxtail omelette. The pastries are beautiful and have good texture. The ice cream is really great because it has my favorite flavors, durian, rum raisin, salted caramel (rarely found in other hotels)|Buffet menu:|1. Read moreI am currently working as a Representative in Indonesia, where I have been residing for two and a half years. I have experience arranging accommodations for guests arriving at the JW Marriott Hotel, based on the recommendation of the former Representative. However, due to the inconvenience I experienced today, I will no longer recommend the JW Marriott Hotel. Generally, my guests arriving typically arrive at the hotel around 10:30 or 11:00 PM due to flight time. Most guests wish to check in as quickly as possible to rest after a long flight. The hotel reception staff kept us waiting in the lobby for 20–30 minutes without providing any enough explanation, claiming that the reserved rooms were not ready. The check-in process was unusually lengthy and tedious. Also, there were no welcome juices or water provided, and when a thirsty guest mentioned this, the staff responded in a very annoyed manner, stating that welcome juices were available. When asked for bottled water instead, they reluctantly provided water from a storage area. It seemed as though the staff were focused solely on their own tasks, disregarding the guests who were waiting late at night. During the check-in process, the security staff approached my guests, who were waiting for the check-in to be completed and engaged in conversation, and without any explanation, showed them a photo taken at the security checkpoint and demanded that they identify the owner of the item, saying something about “electric something something....” that was difficult to understand. The photo taken at the security checkpoint made it difficult to identify the item. Despite the presence of multiple staff members, including the receptionist, they did not show the actual photos of electric something., even though it would have been possible to do so in the current internet age. The staff member spoke in fluent English, giving the impression that I could not understand due to my limited English proficiency. Their attitude was consistently arrogant and condescending. They did not even make the effort to find and show a single photo of the “Electric Something” in problem. After a lengthy conversation, we finally confirmed at the front desk that the issue was with an electric travel kettle and pot. I explained that I believed personal electric appliances were generally permitted and requested an explanation of the problem, but was told that it was not allowed due to electrical safety regulations. Additionally, they stated that while kettles are permitted in hotel rooms, but electric travel pots must be stored at the Concierge desk. As a normal guest, it was unclear what was permitted and what was not. However, due to the late hour, I requested that the regulations be provided later and concluded the matter. Unfortunately, despite the late check-in time, there was no sign of a skilled reception staff member who could understand and consider the situation, provide a swift and courteous response, and explain the rules clearly and easily. Additionally, the security staff member who approached us suddenly, as if we had done something illegal, and demanded something in a high-handed manner, made us feel threatened and...
