Okay, I don't really like to do this, but I want to share my experience, since I thought it could be helpful to other people. There are a few advantages staying in this hotel but me and my 9 other friends staying here agreed on so many things that could have been better. Here's my review:Let's start with the restaurant. The food is decent and staff is very kind and always available. It's also the only place where the WiFi works fully(eh sometimes). The suite has well working air conditioning and a fan. The bed is pretty comfy and the room is overall clean. Except for the bathroom. The bathroom really stinks+the open shower makes it even bigger mess than it already is. You also can't ever close the door or windows fully(there's always a big gap), so there'll be a lot of geckos, cockroaches, mosquitoes and huge spiders running around your suite. And also you'll hear a lot of honking and cars and just everything from outside. What I also found out is that my friends don't even have wardrobe in their rooms. Not a hanger or anything like that. Next thing I'd like to tell you about is Marcel. It's the guy who manages everything around here. He chases me around to take pictures and videos of me, so he can post it as an ad on social media, which I asked him not to do. He can't respect women at all and he's very loud and talks about sex really awfully ALL THE TIME. On the other hand he manages really cool trips, but if i ever go to Bali again, I'm definitely not staying in...
Read moreAmed Paradise was our first place in Bali. Rooms are very nice, spacious, clean and there is nothing to complain about. We had room on the first floor and there were balcony with seating area, hammock and there were also clothes dryer.|Restaurant which is just few steps is nice with good choice of traditional Balinese dishes and also international food. It was delicious and reasonable priced. |But the most pleasant is that there were the most warm and nice people from our whole three weeks long trip in Bali (I'm writing this review at the end of our trip so I can compare). Marcel with all his family and friends who are working in Amed Paradise are very nice, helpful and try to fulfil all the wishes you have. We had several day trips and everything was perfect and for good price. All guys give you something additional and you have feelings that it isn't just business. Simply you feel like...
Read moreUpon arrival the staff did not know about our booking. We booked 2 rooftop bungalows. But only one was free. The second room was hot and stuffy. Since I can't use AC for health reasons, it was unbearable. That's why we booked the airy bungalows. Extremely loud motor scooters constantly drove right past the balcony. In the end we got a small discount. But that didn't make the stay any better. On departure, drinks that were written in the room were charged twice. They were previously paid in cash, but appeared again on the bill. We have stayed at this property several times and have always been satisfied. But unfortunately nothing is right anymore. Unfortunately, the dinner wasn't that good anymore, the portions were smaller and overpriced. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was ok. We definitely won't be...
