Dear Melon,
I am writing to share my recent dining experience at the most amazing Indonesian restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a charming atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
As for the food, I cannot express how impressed I was with every single dish that I tried. The flavors were so rich and authentic, and the ingredients were obviously of the highest quality. I especially loved the Pepes ikan, which was absolutely phenomenal.
Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional Indonesian culinary experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the food was out of this world. It is truly a gem in the culinary landscape and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to dine there.
Thank you for reading my review and I hope you have the chance to visit this wonderful Indonesian restaurant soon!

Read moreThis is definitely the best place in whole Bali! We meet the owner at the beach and he told us about him and his wife having a warung so we went there straight away to have lunch. We were SO impressed that we came back to have dinner the same day and then the next day we went back one last time before we had to leave Amed. Then we brought our tuna that we caught earlier in the morning when we went fishing and the wife prepared it so perfectly for us.
This is not only the best warung in Amed but I would say the BEST in whole Bali. I’ve been around to many different places and this is by far the most delicious food I’ve had here. 🥰
It would be such a loss if you don’t visit this place when you’re in Amed. You’re definitely missing out on something incredible.
We tried Mi goreng, Balinese Pepes Ikan, their own tuna and then the whole tuna we brought the next day that she prepared with lovely and delicious flavors. Much...
Read moreThis is a lovely little warung near Selang Beach. Food was delicious and very well priced. The nasi campur is awesome, as is the Balinese Pepes Ikan (fish of the day, wrapped in banana leaves, grilled with cococnut and spices - so good!!).
We met a couple staying in Amed for 5 weeks who said they'd tried a heap of restaurants in the area, and this was their favourite place which they kept coming back to.
The owner Jaya is a hardworking guy who is sometimes run off his feet serving customers (his wife is the cook) so you may have to wait a while, but it is worth it! He also rents out snorkelling gear and has a boat which you can get snorkel trips on.
We ate here quite a number of times. Highly...
