First the bad.||No soap!!!! We had to buy our own.||No internet because the storm wiped it out. Standard answer i think.||Gas for hot shower ran out after 1 shower. Fine as a cool one was nice.||No fridge despite all these the above things being in the description when you book.||No bananas at breakfast 3 mornings in a row!! ||I suspect the owner wont spend a rupee fixing anything at this place which is a shame as the location and overall feel is great. I hate these non local owners who are just in it for the money.||Its expensive for what you get.||Now the good.||I love the style and location. The food we did have was nice also and we liked the staff.||||Remember though this...
Read moreWe stumbled on this little place for lunch on the last day of our stay in Amed- sooo wish we had found it on the first! We had stayed and eaten in much more expensive places but had not tasted the flavours we had at Imbuh. Cooked on the spot- the Chicken Rendang and Mie Goreng were fantastic. And the views equally as good...and no other tourists! ||The family who run this little place were incredibly friendly- and we loved the service or the young man...maybe the son?||We had a look at the rooms- with views to die for. Basic- but very clean looking and we would contemplate staying.||Highly recommended- would love people to support this little business and lovely family....
Read moreI stayed there for 3 nights and it is a reall beautiful homestay in the middle of nowhere. You will wake up every morning with a sunrise in front of your window and with ocean noise because the ocean is directly under your room. So the rooms were built directly on the rocks. The beach is next to the rooms and a really nice place. However you need a motorbike driving licence otherwise you have no chance to explore the region because this homestay is at the edge of Amed and there is nothing. No restaurant - nothing. There were no people at all^^. Or you take a Taksi Taksi... :)
But they have a really nice homemade breakfast. I would recommend this place :) Hope you...
