Plus : Lokasi sangat strategis di Legian dan dekat dengan Seminyak. Cocok untuk pejalan kaki atau pengendara motor. Kamar besar, lemari besar, dan kamar mandi besar. Kamar bersih. Ada teras untuk bersantai.

Minus : Tidak ada lift, jadi kalau anda punya banyak barang bawaan harus diangkat keatas. Wifinya agak lambat. Kamar mandi cukup bersih hanya saja kurang perawatan. Kurang cocok untuk pengendara mobil / pengguna taksi online jenis mobil karena jalur di benesari sempit.
