From the moment I first stepped into the contemporary and vibrant ambiance of the Aloft Hotel on the renowned Kuta Beach in Bali, I knew I was in for a treat. What transpired over the next 13 nights was nothing short of a spectacular stay, one that surpassed all my expectations and set a new benchmark for what a vacation should be.
My accommodation was a testament to the harmonious blend of comfort and aesthetics. The room was immaculately clean, with every corner speaking volumes about the attention to detail by the housekeeping staff. I was deeply impressed with the consistently high standards of cleanliness maintained throughout my stay, which undoubtedly contributed significantly to my overall comfort and relaxation.
Speaking of staff, the team at the Aloft Hotel truly was the heart and soul of the establishment. Every interaction I had, be it at the front desk, the restaurant, or even casual encounters in the hallway, was marked by kindness and professionalism. The personnel were not only welcoming but also incredibly attentive to any needs or concerns I had, immediately addressing them with sincere enthusiasm and efficiency. They truly embodied the warm, genuine hospitality Bali is famous for, making me feel more than a mere guest, but rather a part of their Aloft family.
One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. Each morning I was greeted with an array of delicious, beautifully presented dishes. From local Balinese delicacies to more familiar Western options, the variety and quality of food were impressive. Every dish was cooked to perfection, with flavors that danced on the palate, ensuring that every day started on a delectable note. The coffee was always freshly brewed, the fruits ripe and juicy, and the pastries delicate and fresh - a true culinary delight that set the perfect tone for the day ahead.
In conclusion, my 13-night stay at the Aloft Hotel was an exceptional experience filled with comfort, friendly interactions, and exquisite food. It is a place where excellence meets warmth, and every little detail is carefully curated to ensure the guests' ultimate satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Kuta Beach, Bali. It is a place that masterfully combines the essence of Balinese hospitality with world-class service standards, providing an unforgettable experience for all who choose to stay here. The Aloft Hotel is not just a place to stay; it's a place where...
Read moreEverything about this hotel exceeded our expectations! We've stayed there last weekend, kind of an impromptu thing, and was not planned at all. We've always known that the hotel sits in a great and conveniently located inside Beachwalk shopping mall, but we never knew the stay experience would be that great! Upon checked-in, the staff handed out a popsicle treat, which is such a refreshing change from the usual welcome drinks. Lobby is also very spacious for an Aloft with a bar/lounge attached to the lobby. The bar/lounge features a pool table, PS5 station, live music area, and 24-hour grab-n-go station. Smartly designed as well, I would say.
The room itself is the biggest highlight of our stay. Even though it's only roughly 28-30sqm (my calculation may not be that accurate) but it's actually feels spacious. The room features large twin beds, a couch with a coffee table, a small mini-bar pantry area, bathroom with sort-of a separate toilet area, a big screen tv, and a balcony with 2 outdoor chairs! AC is super cold, much appreciated during this humid month. The biggest positive surprise is actually the soundproofing of the room. Our room was facing the beachwalk mall directly and literally almost on top of the live music area. Believe it or not, during its loudest hours, we barely can hear anything from the outside. Kudos to Aloft Kuta for this! Staff are very attentive and helpful. We got a phone call around 5 pm from the guest services, asking us if the room was ok and if we needed additional amenities. Great hospitality care! Didn't try the pool because of the rain, but we were able to take a glance at it from our room. Seems quite spacious, featuring enough sunbeds, and located to next to the main restaurant. We will definitely try the pool next time we are back (did I mention we will be back? if I haven't, the answer is yes, we will definitely be coming back for more stays!)
We weren't planning to have breakfast the next morning. But, as I was having my work calls and online meeting in this super comfy sort of lounge next to the restaurant, I decided to take a glance at the breakfast buffet. There were so many mouthwatering choices to choose from, so I instantly called up the family to join me for breakfast. Oh boy, it was a great breakfast! Not only were the choices plentiful, but the tastes are also very good!
To sum up, we can't wait to be back very soon! A special thanks to Daniel for the warm hospitality and for making our stay...
Read moreIts a new hotel so everything is spick & span!! Even the design and decor is not the typical Aloft style… its tastefully done. The way all the staff is trained is truly commendable! Everyone will strike a conversation and really doesn’t sound templated at all, its so human like. Did I mention the hand written notes right from welcoming to apologies to everything!! Really appreciate the old school way and portrays the personal touch and effort.
The location is quite good, bit inside and it is a tad bit of a walk to come to the main road. The beach is walkable about 10 odd mins depending on the walking speed. On a good day the walk is fine, but when it hot and humid, not so much fun. The mall is right at the doorstep and has some good options. Go on the main road and the options expand! It would have been really awesome if the hotel had some sort of shuttle to take you till the main road (Aloft Bangkok has that and its so convenient).
The eating options at the restaurant for Vegetarians is quite less but the Chef Putu was kind enough to cook some off the menu items for us! But really wish some additional items are added for Vegetarians like me. I really liked the snack pantry which had magnum ice cream for those late night cravings! Coming to Coffee.. well wasn’t much of a fan of it, something that can definitely be improved. I had to always go to other coffee shops to get my caffeine fix, wish the hotel coffee was good.
The check in process was a breeze, special kudos to Zopi who made me feel like a VIP. Not only during check in but at one time I was unhappy about the dinning experience, she was quick to get things sorted and get the right team notified and get things actioned! Something that can be only done but someone who is dedicated and sincere to their job!!
I stayed here for almost a month and to saw the service quite consistent, cause short term stays you may not encounter many issues but when its a month, you do notice things, and in case of Aloft at Bali Kuta, there were hardly any inconsistencies! Really amazed at who ever have trained the staff!! Not a single person who didn’t feel pride in what they did and had a mission to be hospitable to the customer!
To be honest it doesn’t feel like Aloft at all! The hospitality is comparable or even better than some of the top Hotels globally!
Really recommend this hotel and I will definitely will be staying here again!!
Again special kudos to Zopi & Putu who made my...
