The Decks Bali — Hotel in Kuta

We decided to change accommodation after our first night as it was not quite what we wanted and after a short walk we came across The Decks Villa, so went in and the staff were so very friendly and welcoming. We asked if it was possible to have a look at one of the villas and they were very obliging.||||The next day we checked in and the staff showed us around and explained everything to us and also how breakfast works.||We decided to have the breakfasts and had to place our orders each night by 10pm. We had a choice of breaky times starting from 8am. The staff came in to our villa and cooked the breakfast for us and set up our table and always so polite and friendly.||||We really enjoyed the stay with our own private pool, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee percolator and kettle, basically everything you needed was there, all crockery and utensils.||||The room was very clean with a nice size bed, safe in the wardrobe, bathroom was clean. The AC was good, worked well and nice and cool, bathroom got a bit warm so paid to leave the door open to allow AC to get through.||||||We found our stay to be very relaxing and enjoying and was not to far from the main drag, Legian street where all the shops and restaurants were and from there not too far a walk down to the beach either, so overall the location was great.||||||We had a school next to us where we got to enjoy the small children singing every morning, nothing better than the sound of happy children enjoying themselves.||||||The only negative thing that I can think of is you do hear cars and scooters passing by if you in the front 2 villas, but you just zone out to them.||||||So overall a very enjoyable stay with very helpful and friendly staff, so thankyou so very much to the staff of The Decks Villa and we are planning on returning again and looking...

One of the most dishonest and unethical managers to deal with in the COVID-19 situation. This manager posted on Facebook dishonest pricing. When confronted by the posting denied and rewrote it despite my having a photo copy to show the contrary. Further, increased the price of the unit during the time when all hotels and vacation rental markets in order to help those stuck in Bali due to the COVID-19 to take advantage of those here. Yet, did not bother to think in the owners interest who is in France. Further, when confronted with having the entire place rented at a price competitive to all the other units in the area. Simply stated that they wanted to take advantage of the market place of displaced individuals. Yet, all of his places where being renovated due to roof issues and only 2 one bedroom and 2/2 bedroom were available. Wait! The 2 - 2 bedroom which could have been rented were not due to increasing the pricing from 12 to 16M. Now, sure they can do whatever they want with their units. Except be dishonest! Not finished.. The units had dead roaches which is conducive to other reviews and the maintenance to a lowly person might be acceptable not to the common...
