Villa Jes — Hotel in Kuta

Villa Jes is rundown and in need of an update throughout. My family 4 adults and 3 children spent 2 weeks here recently and were very disappointed with the amount of money we had paid for the place. The beds are all old, uncomfortable, very noisy and sag in the middle. The 4th bedroom is more like a cupboard, very tiny with bunk beds of which my grand children refused to sleep in. The linen, sheets/towels etc: are well worn and grey some towels had holes in them and some of the the sheets had stains. The furniture is questionable with the sofa also sagging in the middle and the table near the pool full of large burn holes. With the living area being open mosquitos are there all the time. The pictures of Villa Jes are lovely on the internet but such a disappointment in real life. We will not be recommending this Villa at all - look further a field as there are many more Villas in much...

We had the absolute best time at Villa Jes. The 4th bedroom with bunks is tiny and we didn’t want to sleep in there however the staff were extremely helpful in moving the mattresses into the other rooms, which had plenty of room for a couple of us to sleep on the floor. While there are some signs of tiredness you can’t really expect much more post covid especially for the price. However everything is totally clean and well maintained. If you are after 5 star service from staff then this is the place to come! The Villa manager was extremely helpful, the drivers the Villa hired were great, the chef cooked devine food and the in Villa massages were bliss, so cheap and relaxing that we got massages every day! Awal Desember 2022 lalu, saya dan teman pergi ke Bali. Setelah mencari beberapa villa, kami memutuskan untuk menyewa villa Jes ini. Untuk pemesanan sangat mudah, harga juga cukup terjangkau. Staff yg melayani juga sangat komunikatif. Letaknya tidak terlalu jauh dari bandara Ngurah Rai, sekitar 15 menit. Namun tempatnya agak sulit dicari karena masuk gang kecil yg hanya muat dilewati 1 motor saja. Jadi kami sempat kebingungan mencari tempatnya karena juga tidak ada plang di depan gang masuk. Lalu kami juga agak kesulitan parkir mobil, karena tidak ada tempat parkir khusus dari villa tersebut, kami parkir di pinggir jalan. Tapi untung di situ jalannya tidak ramai dan tergolong aman. Untuk villanya sendiri bagus, fasilitas juga lengkap. Ada 3 kamar, kamar utama terletak paling depan, ada bathup nya, kamar kedua dan ketiga hanya shower. Untuk ketiga kamar tempat tidurnya double bed, dan di kamar ketiga ada tambahan bed tingkat mungkin untuk anak-anak. Kolam renangnya bersih dan airnya hangat. Saluran tv juga sudah ada netflix. Di dapur disediakan microwave, kompor, kulkas dan dispenser. Semua alat masak dan alat makan juga sudah lengkap, hanya saja lacinya agak kotor karena jarang dipakai. Apabila menghendaki kita bisa pesan jasa masak atau massage, tentunya dengan tambahan biaya. Staff villa sangat ramah.
