Rijet Villa Beach & Restaurant — Hotel in Nusa Penida Subdistrict

We did not enjoy our stay, but the staff were very kind. A few points- Really not nice enough for the price point. The location is good if you don’t want to scooter much, that’s the only reason we didn’t leave. bad housekeeping- didn’t change sheets or towels over 6 nights. Had to ask multiple times for new towels. House keeping only made bed. Had to ask for toilet paper, didn’t take garbage, etc. wifi sucks, especially if the villas are full then it doesn’t work at all. bathroom was dirty, filled with bugs the whole time, toilet leaked excessively, shower was rarely hot. neighbours were extremely loud doing construction from 9-12pm every day, and early in the morning. We didn’t sleep well at all our whole stay. But the staff were very kind and tried to get the neighbours to quiet down, it’s not their fault, they were also frustrated by it. -lots of tiny biting ants living in the cushions of the pool chairs.

If the price was 50% lower I’d say it’s great. But for the price you expect at least a clean room and some...

The property is in dire state with room and amenities poorly managed and maintained. The pictures from the website are probably from the pre-pandemuc era and no longer reflects the true current state. Checked in with a broken toilet that was fixed the following day. Only 3 staffs who works very hard at the entire property, so expects very slow service. Even with great price, I wouldn't stay here because the property lacks the very basic functions and things that are in proper working conditions. So very sad. This is a 1 star villa. It’s a old room, don’t expect luxury, we had problems with our booked room, first because in the website we made the reservation (Agoda) said that we could request a hair drier in the reception, when we arrived there there was not this option, the room and bathroom had a bad smell and the bed sheets were dirty, also the television doesn’t work. We talked with the support to cancel the reservation and give us refund and the hotel refused, they wanted to give us a different room. We accepted because we didn’t have another option.
