Definitely overrated and overpriced. Unprofessional staff behind their smiles, putting pressure with orders not because of a busy night, more likely to keep themselves busy and to show professionalism in the complete wrong way. Same when the waitress asked if we were done when it was clearly a no, and then didn’t show up for 20 mins when we were actually done waiting to order the dessert. Food pretty average, we ordered Octopus salad, not bad but quite chewy and some seafoods skewers, I’d say no more than ok but both of the dishes really small portions like fine dining which it really wasn’t. They communicate between themselves through construction site style radios with no reasons, but this is only my opinion, not relevant but it looked weird. Wine (two islands Riesling) was mid low quality. The dessert was the best part of our dinner, we ordered Chocolate Lava cake and Crème brûlée, lava was missing though, quite dry but not bad, kinda kids portions again. We are Italian, so our expectations are always pretty high, but that wasn’t a good experience in its totality. Really awkward asking for a glass of water at the counter and hear the waiter asking if we would have liked to buy a bottle instead, after we said no we got our two glasses of water. There’s another little disgusting detail that we are gonna keep for us only because we didn’t tell them and we don’t want to look unfair. Just if you’re looking for a good night at the restaurant, don’t trust their fancy vibes, it’s just the appearance. Hope this review it will be helpful for the next customer on holiday and for them in order to improve, the venue is a great spot, it deserves quality improvements, or simply a change of management. I visited with three friends, more than 20 days ago. The atmosphere and the service at your place were good, and overall we enjoyed the visit.

However, we experienced a serious issue at the time of payment: we were charged twice because the terminal was reportedly not working properly. On our side, we could already see that the payment had gone through, but the waitress insisted too much that it was not, which led to the duplicate charge.

When we contacted you via WhatsApp with all the details, we were first told that you needed to check the matter. However, instead of resolving it as promised, we were later informed that we would have to contact another party. This is not what we were assured initially, we expected a quick solution, not to be redirected through your internal processes.

It has now been over 20 days without a resolution. We kindly but firmly request that you take responsibility and refund the duplicate charge without any further delays. Passing the responsibility elsewhere, when the fault clearly originated on your side, is...

A small hidden gem by the sea. Listen to some laid back music as you watch the color of the sky change. We went here for lunch and booked a table for dinner. Great prices compares to Europe!

Coming back for dinner we enjoyed the happy hour for cocktails as the sun set.

We had all different dishes and they were all beautiful. The lay up, the amount of food, the little extra touch. Sambal Matah is to die for if you have a sweet spot for spicy. Add it to most hot dishes. We had calamari and fried shrimp on sourdough bread. All good and simple in it’s perfection and just very tasty.

We also had two different tuna dishes, both came in with salad. Raw, fresh and trustworthy with great taste.

Pork ribs were excellent, the secret Penida specialty fish was awesome. We had something more but all in all. Great experience. Super cute staff. Friendly, caring and great.

Was here 4 years ago and will come back again and again. This time it was even better but I miss the Mango daiquiri...
