The Lavana Dream Beach Berlian Lembongan — Hotel in Nusa Penida Subdistrict

My partner and I stayed at Dream Beach Berlian for 3 nights and it was fantastic. The hospitality & service of the staff was possibly the best we received on our trip to Asia! Mada greeted us on arrival, the rooms were beautiful and extremely clean. Mada helped us with getting a bike to travel round the island, even though we left it late in the day and most were sold out! He came back especially one evening to help us sort the lights on the bike and gave great recommendations of things to do. ||||The location is great, its right between devils tears/sandy bay/dream beach and mushroom bay to the other side. Its closer to the first few and these are well in walking distance about a 10-15 minute walk. Mushroom beach is a little further especially in the evening so we were glad we hired a bike, would recommend this to see the island and travel to Nusa Ceningen over the yellow bridge! ||||The room was lovely, the bed was extremely comfy & the outdoor bathroom was very spacious. We did have a little gecko visitor one night (he wasn't any bother) but Mada came back again one night especially to get him for us. However, considering the bathroom is outdoors we didn't have an issue with any other flies/creepy crawlies! ||||There isn't breakfast facilities but there is a nice restaurant/cafe opposite (Cookies) which serves breakfast as do many other places on the island around Mushroom beach so it wasn't a big issue!||||Would definitely recommend stay here & thanks to Mada we had a...

Our first night in Lembongan and a walk past this restaurant during the day gave us enough to come back for dinner.||We were no staying at the Hotel so my comments are not directed to the hotel only the restaurant.||I also hope that my comments are taken as constructive so as to better improve things for the future.||We entered the restaurant and were seated drink service was slow due to just one person doing the Bar and waiting.||Orders were taken and took some time to come to the table. Order had to be checked several times to make sure the orders were right.||After an eternity our meals came out again by the one trying to serve drinks,take orders,deliver meals.||Meals were not up to standard,a Beef Rendang had beef more like leather than nice tender beef. Other meals very average.||The poor man trying to do everything then was having trouble with the bills which took time. People in the meantime were waiting to be served.||All in all a big disappointment.||If it can be of any help and I have reviewed restaurants all over the world, just get a bit more professional.||Location is good and you could do very well due to lack of good establishments in the near area||Upgrade you service staff,put them through some training,have one person on the bar and another for service.||Finally make sure the kitchen puts out good quality food.||Its surprising what a few positive...

We only had breakfast here but we were super impressed. They were the only restaurant open at 7am in the area and we had to get breakfast at 7am before our snorkeling trip .||We ordered the full english breakfast for 55k and wow what value for money! The breakfast is a big portion and the taste is really good for Indonesian standards , you even get butter and jam for your toast which we found was rare in Bali . You also get a juice and coffee or tea included in the price . The fresh orange juice was the best I had so far in Bali and the coffee pot they serve coffee in actually gives you 3 coffee servings , not just one . So our total bill for two delicious breakfasts were only 110k , no added taxes or service fees .
