BRAW inn Canggu — Hotel in Pulau Bali

Sorry I'm not sure how this place has such good reviews. It is a really bad place. For starters is next to a quite busy road and it has a total lack of noise isolation (windows won't close). Then who the hell says is nice decoration? Okay, decoration is a matter of taste, but just look at the picture and judge ( I'm sorry I took a picture after sleep. Please forget that. I was not trying to make the room to look worse. Really sorry about that).then there is the issue of the sewer smell masked by those toilet refresher. And the toilet was disgusting. In the morning I also saw that bed lining was stained, too. The entrance of the inn is usually occupied by people. And even the room does not have a bed side lamp or not, so it either darkness or ceiling lamp.

Positives? I think the staff is nice. I booked 4 nights and after one night I had to leave that place. They say it was okay. The internet worked decently (for Bali standards). I have 2 stars for the staff mostly. Just avoid this place, pay few bucks...

The hotel is in a great location. You can walk for around 5 minutes to Berawa Beach, the same road to Finns Beach Club. Laundry is downstairs, minimarket is across the street. It is a walk away from Baked, so you can always be the first customer at 7 am just before busy hour. ||The room is small and simple but have all the basic you need. The wall shelf is enough for all your stuff. The room even have a refrigerator. The window is big so you can let fresh air in the morning, dry some of your swimsuit. ||They have a rooftop, which I used to hangout with a friend, it was quite pleasant enjoying the bean bag and fresh air. ||Some of the review have problems with cleanliness, but my room have no problem at all. ||They offer free coffee, tea, and mineral water in the common room. Towels are also provided but no other toiletries. No hot shower also.||I'd say for the location, price, and facilities it is...

Honestly for the money we paid it was really good, in my opinion and definitely worth the money. We were trying to save money on accommodation and this was perfect hotel to do so. The location is good, close to everything in Canggu (5min from the beach, many restaurants and bars around, market and pharmacy across the hotel,etc). It is quiet during the night time if you wonder. People who work there are nice and helpful. We booked a deluxe room, and it had all necessary stuff provided (shampoo, soap, towels, toilet paper). The room is not big tho. The bed is big and comfy. The reason why I give rate of 3 for cleanliness is because the sheets and towels are stained, so be aware of it if you decide to book it. The furniture and facility itself is old...
