Villa Chakra (Tykhe) — Hotel in Pulau Bali

Place was nice and was very pleasant eye pleasing villa but alot of maintance need to be done considering price we paid. Main bedroom shower upstairs was broken and made a waterfall over the shower screen which i fixed. Door handle to second bedroom kept falling off. Power just shut off at 2am one night and was not put back on till 11am (prepaid power you would expect enough power would be applied not to run out 4 days before departure) some light switches didnt work and the main entrance lights outside and up front entrance hallway would automatically shut off at 2am leaving you in the dark if you returned after that time. The ONLY tv in the villa has several white dots burnt into the background making it unwatchable or send u crazy if you attempted. Toilets in all bathrooms continually got Blocked. The air-conditioning in main downstairs bedroom on final days kept cutting off all power which was told this is normal but left us sweating like the previous time where the prepaid power ran out. Aircons in bedrooms upstairs are far too small for the bedroom size leaving you always in just bearable sleeping conditions. The long dark Allyways to the villa at night are not lit and known for robbers to get easy targets, i was robbed there new years eve with my wallet being stolen and this criminal was known by locals to do this all the time but nothing gets done about them. Sheets were not once in 2 weeks changed even though they were there daily to do housekeeping which we only made them come every 2nd day being nice but in saying that were lovely ladies. Probably wouldnt stay in that area again with the dark allyways you have to travel through at night unlit i would not walk through there alone for safety. Would of been 5 stars if i hadnt of been for long allyways to villa and for the maintenance issues and...

Pls donot ever book this villa if u get it on airbnb or booking .com as they won’t let u review so all the reviews r fake and wrong It’s very dangerous to stay in this villas especially if u have kids no safety Also if it’s raining there is water everywhere inside the villas so u have to be stuck in bedrooms.. They dont even have any seating area where everyone can sit and chat the roof is open so the rain can come inside and u get stuck in bedroom I would not even give 1 start to this villa.. Also air bnb didn’t help at all after we showed them the proof that my son got hurt because he slipped on the floor due to excessive water which came inside..the pool Is filthiest and not cleaned so we did show all the proof to airbnb but they didn’t...

We stay 4 adults with 3 kids and fit perfectly service oke with private pool...
