Villa Noix de coco — Hotel in Pulau Bali

Management: 1/5 Owner was unprofessional, no hospitality whatsoever. I would not be complaining if everything was fine. Not attentive, many excuses. I hoped to settle matters in private but wrote me an unfair review. Manager was slow to respond to messages but had local ceremony at the time, which is understandable.

Cleanliness: 1/5 When we arrived, everything was very dirty, but only 1 or 2 cleaners working for the whole house. IMO not enough cleaners for the short time between guests. Needed 3 days of cleaning to be within standards. RUBBISH outside the house was not collected for 3 nights due to some issue with public garbage disposal service. Smelly, unsightly, and brought flies to the house. No solution by management - just wait. All toilets’ bidet omitted a smell when using, maybe a sewage problem.

Amenities: 2/5 AC and water dispenser leaked for 2 nights. Projector not working, was looking forward to this but never fixed until end of stay. No chairs in every bedroom vanity had to drag dining chairs to the rooms. Pool was decent, modern house design.

Location: 4/5 Close walking and driving distance to many places, parking space fits one car outside. Located in a small lane so might be difficult to find at first. Not noisy at night.

J'ai eu la chance de séjourner en famille à la Villa Noix de Coco, et ce fut une expérience absolument exceptionnelle. Cette villa est tout simplement un petit coin de paradis tropical.

Tout d'abord, l'hébergement lui-même est spacieux, confortable et d'une propreté impeccable. Les chambres sont joliment décorées, offrant une ambiance chaleureuse et relaxante. La cuisine entièrement équipée nous a permis de préparer de délicieux repas en famille, que nous avons appréciés sur la terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la mer.

Le point culminant de notre séjour était, bien sûr, la piscine privée entourée de verdure luxuriante. C'était l'endroit parfait pour se détendre, se rafraîchir et profiter du soleil. Les enfants ont passé des heures à s'amuser dans l'eau.

L'emplacement de la villa est également idéal. À quelques pas de la plage, nous avons pu explorer les plages locales et les charmants petits villages côtiers. Les propriétaires de la Villa Noix de Coco nous ont également fourni d'excellentes recommandations pour les restaurants et les activités à proximité.

En résumé, notre séjour à la Villa Noix de Coco a été mémorable. C'était l'escapade parfaite en famille, et je recommande vivement cette villa à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour relaxant et confortable dans un cadre tropical magnifique. Nous espérons sincèrement revenir un jour. Un grand merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur hospitalité...
