This is not a real hotel. Don't expect any billboarding, banner or even a name on the doorbell when you get there (check it on google map). Furthermore, when I went, the owner did not let any way to contact him or her via phone. Apparently, you need to wait for an email so that the owner will make an appointment with you and give you the keys. I did not realise this was the way it works, so, practically, I lost my night there (I had to pay anyway for Booking.com considered this was my fault and assumed I never came). I guess the owner wasn't registered as a hotel with the Italian authorities and found this sort of arrangement. I could not say if this is totally legal. I have my doubts.
