Interno 7 - Rooms da Vale — Hotel in Bologna

We love the studio so much! Let's start with the location, it's walkable from the centrale bus station and train station, but may be challenging a bit if you have big suitcases. We travelled with 2 luggages each and the distance was bearable for us. There's also a Lidl store near the unit, therefore it was easy for us to get snacks, fruits, toiletries. The self check-in and check-out were super easy to use, as long as you have a good Internet connection. The accommodation has a sizeable lift, fits the 2 of us and our luggages, so definitely suitable for families with elderly or small kids. ||The next thing we love is the bed, comfortable and comes with good blanket. The bathroom is super clean, we were given fresh towels and shampoo/conditioner, and the hot water was good. The unit also comes with a small pantry; there's a fridge, plates, mugs, bowls, forks & spoons, microwave, sink, and a small fridge. TV works amazing, there's YouTube and Netflix, Wi-Fi is good, and we love the small balcony that allows us to have dinner and coffee outside to enjoy the view. The location was quite convenient and an easy walk to the main downtown Bologna. However, the room was very badly maintained and missing a lot of common amenities like only one toilet paper roll provided for a multiple night stay. The double bed was made up of two twin mattresses stuck together that don't stay together at all. The bed sheets are ancient with clear signs of wear and tear on the edges. The kitchen area needs more cleaning. And the main hazard in the bathroom was clear mold in the ceiling and shower area. Dust everywhere. Absolutely everywhere. |On the table, on the shelves and furniture, on the plates, on the glasses, on the lamp shades. We bought cleaning product to clean the room in order to stay there. ||Mold in the bathroom, the sink was clogged, one toilet paper already used. ||The owner didn't respond to our messages after we sent him pictures with the dust and. everything else we found in the room. ||The location was ok. |We had air conditioner (also not cleaned).
