City Apartments Portico — Hotel in Burggrafenamt - Burgraviato

L'unico mio sbaglio è stato quello di non controllare le recensioni. Purtroppo per il prezzo che ho pagato non mi sarei aspettato una struttura del genere. Mi accordo telefonicamente con un signore e mi dice che ad attenderci c'è la solita signora presente nelle altre recensioni. Ci accompagna nell'appartamento e notiamo già che quest'ultimo è sprovvisto di climatizzatore, solo un ventilatore scassato che fortunatamente ci viene rimpiazzato con un'altro più piccolo. Nel momento in cui andiamo a fare la doccia ci accorgiamo che i teli bagno erano veramente sporchi (vedi foto). Non c'era l'ombra di teli bagno adeguatamente grandi per il corpo ma solamente quelli che normalmente in ogni struttura sono utilizzati per il viso. La lampada sul mio comodino non funzionava (ho controllato ed era regolarmente collegata alla rete elettrica). Come unica nota positiva c'è da dire che l'appartamento ha una bella cucina ma se vuoi farti un caffè o qualcos'altro, devi andare a comprarlo perché non c'è assolutamente nulla, ho dovuto accendere anche il frigorifero perché dall'arrivo in struttura aveva lo sportello aperto ed era spento. Viste queste mediocri condizioni ho contattato il signore con cui avevo parlato per accordarmi ed anziché scusarsi per tutto ciò, ha preferito sostenere che tutto ciò era nella normalità, il tutto in maniera altezzosa e dicendomi che se volevo, potevo essere rimborsato e cercarmi un altro posto... peccato però che erano le 19,45 e non sapevo se sarei finito a dormire sotto un ponte. Viaggio spesso ed ho alloggiato in svariate strutture ma ciò che ho visto qui è proprio il massimo della mediocrità. Come recensore ormai abituale mi aspetto una stupida risposta da questo signore che cerca in tutti i modi di screditare le parole di noi clienti... ma che purtroppo non si rende conto al tempo stesso che non è creduto da nessuno. Modificherò la recensione non appena il fantomatico signore avrà risposto. Ripeto che se avessi letto le recensioni precedenti non ci avrei messo piede ed avrei risparmiato più di 100 euro per svegliarmi la mattina sudato e stanco perché ho dormito male. Scusatemi ma adesso mi tocca andare a trovare un bar dove prendere un bicchiere d'acqua ed un caffè per fare colazione visto che qui dentro non c'è nulla. A mai piu "dottor" Pobitzer.

MODIFICA del 10 Febbraio 2024 DELLA MIA RECENSIONE DOPO LA RISPOSTA DEL PROPRIETARIO Come avevo anticipato, il povero "dottor" Pobitzer non poteva non rispondere... anzi, ha aggiornato la sua risposta un mese fa... incredibile! ahahahahahahahah! In ogni caso e nuovamente, continuo a rimanere deluso dalla sua risposta a causa delle poche e sconnesse parole di cui non si capisce il tema principale. Mi dispiace amareggiarla ma io non volevo lo sconto, bensì un climatizzatore e soprattutto dei teli bagno decenti visto che LA FOTO PARLA CHIARO. Per quanto riguarda le condizioni della stanza, l'ho lasciata per come lei me l'ha data, MA SE LEI STESSO MANDA SUA MADRE AD ACCOMPAGNARE GLI OSPITI IN STRUTTURA e NEANCHE HA IL CORAGGIO DI MOSTRARE LA SUA FACCIA TOSTA, COME PRETENDE DI SAPERE IN CHE CONDIZIONE ERA LA STANZA PRIMA DI FARMI ENTRARE? Dai... lasci perdere... il suo tentativo è fallito... le pubblico altre foto per dare possibilità a chi vede il "succulento" prezzo, di non sbagliare come ho fatto io. AH... ultima cosa: quando le ho chiesto il suo nome lei ha insistito a dire "io sono il DOTTOR Pobitzer"... ma le consiglio la scuola serale caro dottore, non sa scrivere una frase in senso compiuto. Lei non è un dottore, è solo un povero...

The location is excellent. Very central, a stroll away from the centre, the main shopping streets and other attractions to visit. We took a bus from the station which took us to the castle and the gardens. Just pay attention to have coins to buy your tickets in the bus (vending machine).||We had an apartment on the sort of ground floor, quite by the entrance, with no balcony and no real view of except the roof of the shopping gallery and the shops. So, even with the self catering facilities, we didn’t have dinner in the apartment. Not very cosy or romantic, just very functional and practical.||The all place looks more like a big hotel room transformed in a studio later. Quite basic.||The owner was very helpful and informative.||If you compare with the price of hotels and other accommodations in Merano, this one is on the cheap and cheerful side... but we booked as we were driving through the region and didn’t really...

Das Wichtigste sind hier wohl die eigenen Erwartungen und so Mancher, der hier kritisiert, sollte erstmal die eigene Einstellung hinterfragen. Man muss das Angebot halt auch lesen und nicht nur auf den Preis schauen! Dass ein Zimmer für 100 € pro Nacht nicht denselben Luxus bietet, wie eines für 250 € pro Nacht und Person, ist ja wohl klar! Wem das Haus gehört, was derjenige von Beruf ist und ob er von der Zimmervermietung lebt oder nicht, geht einen als Gast mal so überhaupt gar nichts an.

Ich gebe 5 Sterne und zwar ganz bewusst, denn ich bin tatsächlich sehr zufrieden. Service: der Service war von Anfang an super. Der Vermieter war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sogar die kurzfristige Verlängerung meines Aufenthaltes wurde ermöglicht. Zahlung: es wurde der vereinbarte Preis verlangt, kein Cent mehr! Die Abwicklung war sehr kundenfreundlich und unkompliziert. Die Lage: eigentlich kein Kriterium, denn die Lage ist ja schon vorher klar gewesen. Aber es sei trotzdem erwähnt, dass die Lage direkt im Zentrum genial ist und man überall sehr leicht und schnell zu Fuß hin kommt. Positiv überrascht hat mich, dass es trotz der sehr zentralen Lage so ruhig war. Das Zimmer: es hatte alles, was im Angebot stand. Die Größe war ebenfalls korrekt angegeben. Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft bezugsfertig und absolut sauber und ordentlich aufgeräumt. Auch das Bad war sehr sauber. Dass das Haus etwas hellhörig ist, kann ich bestätigen, aber ich fand es nicht störend. Lediglich die letzte Nacht war grenzwertig, was aber an den Nachbarn lag - die einen haben wohl Abschied gefeiert, die anderen offenbar besonders guten Sex.

Fazit; Ich bin sehr zufrieden und werde sehr gerne...
