Buen Aire GuestHouse — Hotel in Cagliari

Pros: very spacious room, about 10 mins' walk from Cagliari's railway station. Cosy backpackers atmosphere. ||Giuseppe, the Owner, was very informative via Whatsapp with how to reach the property, where the keys were to be found and where to leave them, what to do in Cagliari, etc. ||Cons: no lift.|This Guesthouse is on the 3rd floor with 8 flights of stairs. Definitely NOT what you need in 37 degrees Cagliari: dragging your bulky luggage up the stairs. ||No human contact whatsoever: even tho I stayed 1 NT only, it would have been nice to pay city tax in cash and ask for a couple of useful info. Good location (you can visit town on foot from there).. the look of the premises is kind of vintage what is nice.. They have cuite terrase for smokers with lot of decorations.. ||But the negative thing is that when we asked for breakfast at 8am the owners look surprised as it was early.. we explained we have a flight back so we need to go early to the airport and they said ok.. In the morning they prepared breakfast for us- but without bread (I don't know to what should 've we put the butter and marmelade).. Ho prenotato in questa struttura convinta dalle ottime recensioni sia su tripadvisor che su booking. Mio errore è stato quello di non aver notato in fase di prenotazione il dettaglio "bagno condiviso". A onor del vero era specificato, ma stando prenotando una matrimoniale al costo di 80€ a notte, mai mi sarei aspettata di dover condividere i 2 bagni con altre 6 persone ospiti della struttura. La host ha subito notato il nostro disappunto e infatti, nota a suo favore, è stata molto disponibile e ci è venuta incontro proponendoci la possibilità di modificare la prenotazione qualora non fossimo soddisfatti. |Siamo infatti rimasti solo una notte a fronte delle 3 prenotate.|Altra nota di demerito, le camere non sono dotate di aria condizionata che, ad Agosto, costituisce sicuramente un disagio viste le temperature di questa estate 2017.|La casa è comunque molto grande e bella, buona pulizia e ottima posizione.|Il mio consiglio per i proprietari sarebbe quello di adeguare il prezzo delle stanze a una situazione da bagno condiviso e no aria condizionata, visto che per 80€ a notte e anche meno si prenotano matrimoniali in hotel dotati di tutti i comfort (aria condizionata, bagno privato, frigo bar etc etc).|Scrivo questa recensione come critica costruttiva per gli host, visto che mi sono sembrati ragazzi in gamba e che stanno facendo un ottimo lavoro...
