Located only a block from the lake and only a few blocks from the main restaurant and bar district. Kind of a weird layout with the rooms on first floor (second floor for those from the USA) above some business establishments. Even though it is located on a very busy round-about it quiets down at night. Rooms are small but big enough for a couple nights stay. Breakfast is served outside on a front patio.
