I would give cero stars if possible, first of all the indicate on their airbnb front page that the check in is at 10, we wrote with anticipation to ask about the details and they didn’t provided any information, we wrote again saying we were on our way and arrived past 10, we waited outside and when we entered the host had no idea we were coming, then showed me a double room and told me we couldnt check in until 12. i pointed out the information that we booked the a triple room they should respect what is being promoted on their own profile. Then a woman entered and started to shout to the guy who opened for me and had to listen them discussing. Then my mother wanted to ask for a solution and she came and shouted at her too coming very close, on a very intimidating way and asked were we are coming from which on this context is also an intimidating behavior taking in consideration we have to provide personal information to the hosts. The guy had to calm her down and even hold her for a moment because she was so angry just because we arrived at the time they are promoting, she didn’t let us explain or saying anything without interrupting aggressively and shouting. When they finally gave us a room i told the guy i didn’t wanted to stay there bc we are afraid about the woman, he compromised she wouldn’t be there anymore but we entered on the room which was also very smelly and we listen to her shouting for over 40 minutes while we were inside, being afraid and anxious of going out. We ended leaving at midday because we were afraid to go out and leaving our belongings with someone that would mistreat guests so randomly. We have only good reviews on airbnb and they had the guts to after all of this writing „not a good person to my sister“
They guy was at least behaving like a person but the woman was beyond unpolite, she was absolutely hostile...
Read moreIt is indeed that the prices were below average but the quality of service was horrible. Staff doesn't know English and check-in took several minutes to be completed. Also there are not enough person to keep the place safe. We stayed at there 2 days and during these days at night someone tried to enter our room and the quality of people staying there was horrible. There was a girl singing songs in really high pitch for 2 days in a row and I just screamed at my room "enough" and she stopped. Also, if you want to stay in a guest house where has quiet feeling please get away from this place, rooms are so close to each other and the entrance, having a good sleep is about impossible. We were not expecting a clean room but it was pretty clean but there were not regular cleaning because of having sudden threats to our room in the middle of the nights we locked there and tried to keep our valuables safe. There is a free coffee machine working but since we only wanted to get away from there we have not tried any. Only thing we are pleasant is; it is so close to center and we can go every place in 15 mins by walk, if you are a person who is only looking for the short distance of walking to good places of Firenze I can honestly advise here but please don't expect...
Read moreThe B&B is as basic as it gets. A bed, a shower, a place to keep my belonging- and cafe machine which saved me a few bucks every morning.... This little place is a bit off the beaten path but close (about a good 20 minute walk from the Train station but an easy walk).... and just a little bit further to the heart of Florence! It met my basic needs...after all, I was there to see the city, not hang out in a hotel room! ||Down fall was- I saw the guy that manages this ONE time- day of check in. Never heard or saw him again... bed was made every day but never got a fresh towel.... but again, met the basics. Only issue I really had was that if I never saw this guy again, what if he hadn't been there the day I was checking in and after a train ride from Rome on a scorching hot day, I would have been sleeping in a park somewhere. I had no idea how to get ahold of anyone and no international roaming on my phone in case of Emergency! Need a more permanent person present just in case of those...
