Wow! This place was outstanding! I wish we would have found it sooner!! We tried the stuffed pizza dough with cheese and ham. The bread was so tender, full of flavor with the cheese and ham. The lasagna was incredible. Also full of flavor. The portion was generous and full of flavor. The cheese and meat complimented each other. It was cooked just right. It tasted so good! We tried a few of the lemon desserts (I asked for the lemon sorbet, but the waitress recommended a better lemon dessert, which was awesome). They were both wonderful.

What put this place over the top was the atmosphere. They offered a menu in English, which helped us one-language Americans. The waitress (Deeley) was very attentive. When we were ordering, she offered recommendations based on what we were ordering and took her up on them. The courses were spaced out perfectly. When we were nearing the completion of our appetizer, she asked if we wanted the kitchen to start our main course. The owner stopped by our table to say hello and see if we needed anything (he made the rounds at other tables, too). This was our last night in Florence, and it was a perfect way to end our journey...

Welcome drink (sparkling wine). Friendly staff, good menu with pizza, seafood and more. We took a pizza, grilled calamari and 2 side dishes. Everything fresh and tasty, best pizza we had so far in Florence (and we tried a lot - the thin dough is not as soft and elastic as the Napolitan style but I prefer it that way). Beware that if you ask for spicy oil, it's very spicy (and looks 100% self made, which is rare even in good pizerrias). Just that you know: I expected more calamari for 16 euros (4 full ones, body + tentacles) but I guess this is the price to pay for fresh seafood. The pizza Margherita was...

Best meal in Florence was here! Picky kids loved it. Regular bread and fried bread almost caused a fight they were so good. Great pizza. Giant double sized hamburger that my nine year old took 25 minutes to finish. Deserts were so good we ordered more. 100% occupied on an average off season Tuesday. Staff were also terrific. Waiter spoke good English and answered many questions about the menu. Very reasonable prices. Owner came and said hi. Locals love this place, other restaurants around were empty. I recommend a reservation. They care, it shined through all the way. Keep up the...
