I cannot narrow down nor pinpoint a specific item from his many collections (which vary greatly from one to the other), but all have one thing in common; the artisan jeweler’s passion, love and imagination for his creations. He listened patiently to everything that I came up with to describe my partner’s taste and somehow managed to understand even from my vague layman’s description what exactly I was envisioning and looking for, something that I never thought I could find anywhere. He passionately spent three hours with me explaining in detail the process behind everyone of his brilliant creations. I couldn’t have had a better experience and couldn’t have found anything as unique and stunning to bring back to my significant other after my latest trip home to Firenze. What an absolutely delightful place in every way! The owner Federico is without a doubt one of the kindest and warmest people I have ever met, and it is such a pleasure watching a master work before your eyes. It was sad walking along this street and seeing how many fellow artisans were forced to close up shop. I am very thankful Federico and his beautiful jewelry are still around to enjoy! I couldn’t resist purchasing a few pieces (two pairs of earrings and also a gorgeous leaf ring that’s pictured) but deciding which ones out of all the lovely options was certainly difficult. My sister and I were visiting beautiful Florence recently (we love Italy!) We stumbled upon Federico at work in his studio on our last day before returning home to Scotland (11 th september 2020) and were fascinated by his work so wandered in. He was so lovely, not pushy in any way and his craftsmanship was wonderful, so many beautiful pieces! In the end we purchased a ring each . Mine is silver with quarzo naturale (citrino). I absolutely love it and it will always remind me of my time in Florence.
