Pergola 35 Apartments — Hotel in Florence

What a great apartment setup, we stayed for 4 nights and it was a great location allowing us to walk everywhere in 20 mins. The longest walk is to the main train station (around 29 mins) travellers not prepared to navigate this walk with luggage on the cobblestones may wish to use a local bus instead but we found it ok. Lorenzo is a great host and accommodation manager, he seems to always know when to magically appear. The laundry facilities are shared but very good and safe, everything inside the apartment is perfectly maintained and well stocked. I really liked that Lorenzo contacted me via WhatsApp proactively and was always quick to respond with check in information. For first time travellers to Florence keep in mind that the narrow built up streets are naturally quite loud but even on weekends the street noise dropped after 10pm. The location is very close to a hospital so you will hear sirens especially if you want to leave all the windows open at all times. I have a problem with my delayed baggage and it was damage at the key. Lorenzo came to help with hospitality. I am really impressed this so much to be honest.

Apaprtment is exactly in the website. Clean, well decorated with good taste. The amentities are amazing with different brand from thiughtful selection.

The apartment is equipped everything and also the laundry room is useful for everyone whi stay here. The elevator is big enough to get a couple luggage so you dont have to go up and down many times to contain each of it.

The location is superb! Near nice cafe livng by, Near bus station, near duomo and in the night, there is no loud voice from street at all. I slept well everynight here. (9 nights) My room is Ambra.

Highly recommened! I will definitely come back for sure.

What a fantastic accommodation in Florence! Centrally located, in a quiet street close to all points of interest, this fully renovated building is a true gem. Extremely clean, decorated and furnished with quality materials, great taste and attention to detail - we loved everything! Fully-functional air-con units throughout the apartment ensured comfortable sleep in such warm July weather, and noise insulation was top-notch. The presence of an elevator made our life easier with the luggage, and so did the free use of laundry equipment in the basement. Last but not least, Lorenzo’s support and assistance throughout our stay exceeded our expectations and made us feel at home....
