Perfect little bar to have lunch in Florence. We stumbled upon this place while desperately looking for a place to hide from the rain and lunch as well. Service staff was really nice and the menu was hand written and changes every day. Service was quick without having the feeling your food was rushed. Prices for lunch dishes (pasta's, extensive salads or other local lunch specialties) varied from €6 to €10 and. The pastas were as they should be, simple, elegant and delicious. The owners are quite welcoming. The food is always fresh and they remember me and my usual every morning 🤗 Such a beautiful way to wake up while visiting Firenze. A bit off the beaten path and still near the Duomo. I enjoy watching the locals come in for their coffee at the bar and to chat with Tamara about their lives. All the employees are kind and friendly.
